Besides this, people need to improve efficiency and sustainability by relying on alternative fuels and foster policies that improve energy efficiency. In order to achieve this goal, people need to understand and relate to many aspects of knowledge. So people uses GIS for meet global challenges, because GIS could help people better understand the earth. GIS is like a system that could collect and use data information. In order to meet global challenges, there are several data resources need. First, the problem must be indicated in the system, it includes time, region of target and the population. Secondly, it also requires the information of accessibility of area, it may include geological structure and weather pattern etc. In Geographic Information System, we could get and forecast the information what we want know by applying the knowledge and science what we know. For example, how people could enhance the quality of life and plan a better future, these issues are spatial in nature and require spatial tools, spatial thinking and that is what GIS could do. By creating and applying GIS tools and knowledge, we could integrate geographic intelligence into how we think and behave, and GIS can govern our relationship with the environment as well as help us perceive intricate relationships that otherwise we would never be able to understand (Abukhater, 2011).
