The United States has the best army in the world. Our army protects this country of freedom from being attacked by enemies. People want to know why the U.S. Army is the best army in the world: it is because the U.S. Army has the most rigorous discipline. As the old Chinese saying goes: "Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards." As a part of this powerful military, every one of us should follow these two basic principles: follow the orders that we were given, and respect our NCOs.

When a soldier doesn’t follow the orders they were given it doesn’t only affect themselves, it also affects everyone in the team and the mission they were assigned. When a soldier does not comply with the order, the goal is hurt and the chance to win the war diminishes. When you're in the army you need to stop and think about it if it will hurt you or your battle buddies. When a soldier does not obey orders in combat zone, it makes the mission ineffective. If a single soldier is ineffective in the combat, it will lower the chances of winning the war. For example, if the Sergeant tells a private before going out for the mission that he needs to get the gun ready — so they can be ready and fully play their roles when it's needed in the combat – it does not matter if the private does not know why he has to do what he was told, the soldier needs to follow the order without any problems. When the soldier follows the instruction without any problems, it is very helpful and improves the likelihood of winning the war. Soldiers must be able to obey the order, and effectively accomplish these tasks because it helps release tension from the leader and other members of the team and it allows every soldier in the team to know what their tasks and goals are. Eventually, everyone will work as a team and get the job done
The United States Army has been a leader in military prowess on the world stage since its inception in 1775, and with such a record, it is reasonably assumed that there must be solid foundation within the organization working to maintain the high level of performance. The Noncommissioned Officer Corps is one institution within the Army that serves as a large portion of this foundation that makes it the fighting force that it has always been, and the noncommissioned officers have been an integral piece since the very inception of the Army. The Prussian General Friedrich Wilhelm von Steuben, organizer of the Noncommissioned Officer Corps, encapsulated this idea when he coined the noncommissioned officer (NCO) as the backbone of the Army. (Arms, 1991) In an Army that is continuously adjusting to world around it while maintaining its status as the military leader to all other nations, the Noncommissioned Officer Corps has always provided the platform for continuity through a growing rank system based on its original core, an evolving training program to develop effective leaders, and a creed that moves us forward while remembering the rich history of the corps that came before us.
In conclusion, the use of these stories from the book and my own personal stories I have demonstrated that we as SOF, exclusively the SF regiment, are following the SO imperatives well. The regiment has been occupied with twelve years of combat operations in two different theatres which has degraded the regiment’s ability to execute some of the imperatives well. Some detachments and groups are applying the imperatives better than others, but in general the force is adhering to them well. There is always room to improve and SF will relearn the lessons from the past and apply them to the future.
The U.S Army is the strongest most respected and feared ground force in the world. It is also the oldest branch of the military and also the largest U.S. Military Service. There are approximately 76,000 officers and 401,000 enlisted members in the active duty Army. The success of the Army lives and dies on themselves and others. The army protects all that the constitution stands for. And each soldier defends this to their last breath with Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Honor, and Personal Courage. army values soldiers that are accountable for their actions. Being accountable means being dependable-arriving to work and appointments on time, meeting deadlines, being in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing at the right time. Morning formation is the most important formation of the day. It is made to get accountability of everyone and put out any information that there needs to be dealt with. Without having accountability there is noknowing of where everybody is or what 's going on. As a result of me showing up late and not calling in I am pending u.s.m.j action under article 15. know knowing the severity of the I have realized that is an important asset always showing up on time at the right place of duty. Not only does accountability matter in formation it is also imperative to have accountability of all your weapons and sensitive items. Incase of something happening spontaniousley and you don 't have any knowing of how much and where everything is there is alot of confusion and drama. Any time anything happens or you are preparing to go to the field or deployment of course you have to have accountability and order. Without that there would be chaos. Not only being accounted for you have to be responsible and reliable. A person who does as promised can be considered as reliable. Reliability is an admirable characteristic. People don 't like to deal with those who are unreliable. They 'd rather give their business and rewards to the person

We as leaders must continuously look for ways to challenge our subordinates and ensure they have the experience in dealing with tough issues. The soldiers under us must be pushed every day to face tough decisions and make decision on how to navigate those tough decisions.

Young soldiers need to learn to live the Army values, which are loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. If these values can be instilled in us then we will have everything we need to make an excellent soldier but also a great person. These values also come into play when you are sent downrange because you want to have good fellow soldiers who will always have your back know matter what the situation you find yourself in. The army values also define our character traits as a person and they teach us discipline. The Army Values are a big part of our lives us young soldiers need to learn how to maintain them.
As a leader we are expected to adhere to the standard and expect our subordinate to do the same. I have had one soldier in particular that does not agree with the battle buddy system. In AIT we have the same standards as in basic training every student is designated a battle buddy that has to be with at all times. This particular soldier has continuously been counseled on many occasions about having the proper battle buddy and not being alone ever! She ends up alone on many occasions and does not seem to understand why the battle buddy system is in place. Even though she has been a challenge I have remained patient with her, and explained why this rule is in place. We have made strides in leaps and bounds with this soldier. Just giving that extra time has opened her up to understanding and willingness to change. If you can get through to the soldiers by giving them some one on one time and really caring about where they come from as well then you have been successful in your mission. If you can give some extra for whatever they need while getting the mission accomplished, then you have become an advantageous
