No matter what anyone say, abortion appears like an awful crime. Ultimately, abortion is denying someone a life. Which is murder . But they don’t arrest you and give you a charge you for abortion because abortion is a choice. You get to chose whether or not you want an abortion or not. Just because the overlay is not in our favor , can we deprive someone the goal of life ? No, we cannot. Life is an important factor. So , can we justify our acts? By having an abortion, you could really be putting yourself in danger to not be able to be pregnant again. Also, abortion can lead to serious health complications. And in some cases, the worst case scenario can be death. Abortion often leads to nonessential memories, which can conclude into great stress …show more content…
Would it be moral for a mother to abort a female fetus just because the mothers prefers boys over girls? No, it’s not right. Isn’t that some type of racism ? I Don’t Know. But what I do know that prematurity murder of an innocent unborn fetus is not healthy. And what about the rights of the unborn? Abortion is the ultimate denial of human rights. As surprising as it is, there is no debate within the medical community as to where life begins. Life begins at conception. So every successful abortion is murder and, also has ended a living human's life. If it’s not a fetus, you’re not pregnant. Some believe that if a child isn't wanted, then it shouldn’t be born. And the only way to a fetus to not be born is to kill it, which is not exceptable. So , how do we justify violence such as this? The parents simply answer that it is better for the baby to be unborn than unwanted. And a lot of women often argue that they may abort their child if they cannot afford to have one. But that doesn't make abortion the RIGHT Thing to do. The parents will have you believe that aborting a child is an acceptable solution than having their child be disabled. But, there are plenty of children today living with incurable and crippling disabilities. So, aborting a child because it might have been disabled is not the right …show more content…
Well it’s not. They have unprotected sex and then end up pregnant because they were so childish and immature. And when they’re pregnant they depend on abortion to take care of their “problem”. Well, that’s not the case. Because a young fetus or unborn baby is not considered a problem. They are considered a beautiful gift. And should stay that way. Abortion should be illegal because it is murder. Unborn babies are protected from murder and violence by the federal act “Unborn Victims of Violence.” The acts says that an unborn baby is a human being and imposes discipline on those who inflict harm or danger on them, (abortion). Further, to the Federal Act 38 US states have divergent fetal homicide laws. 23 of those laws protect the fetus from the earliest stages of pregnancy, careless of impulse outside the womb. Abortion shouldn’t be legal, and it shouldn’t be used as contraception. Contraception is the deliberate prevention of impregnation by any of various drugs, techniques, or devices. US data shows that 21% of all useful pregnancies end in abortion and almost half of the women putting together these abortions, have had at least 1 abortion in a
There is no excuse to killing an innocent child and abortion is giving people an excuse. Before a child even has the chance to be born and live, their life is taken away because of the mothers decision. There are so many alternatives to abortion. When a woman doesn’t want to keep her baby or does’t have the ability to take care of it, abortion shouldn 't be the first option taken. There are many options out there to be taken like “Abortion alternative clinics [that] offer services such as adoption referrals, free pregnancy testing, crisis pregnancy counseling, post-abortion counseling, and homes for pregnant women” (Chittom & Newton, 2015). With that many options to choose from, why would a woman choose to take the abortion route? When the abortion is in consideration, many women admitted they were not fully educated on the topic. Chittom and Newton (2015) wrote: “these heart wrenching stories describe the violent reactions these women have had to seeing images similar to what they had done in the process of killing their own babies”. After the abortion process was over, many women were shocked and mortified at how the abortion was preformed. For many, only guilt and sorrow remain since the damage was already done. Flat out plain and simple, abortion is not the right route to take. It kills and innocent baby and puts the mother’s life at risk
As I have read multiple articles about what bilingualism means I have come to understand that it’s more complex than just speaking two or more languages. The Merriam-Webster dictionary provides three definitions of bilingualism: (1) the ability to speak two languages, (2) the frequent use (as by a community) of two languages, and (3) the political or institutional recognition of two languages. Espada’s view of bilingualism seems more in line with the third definition and Rodriguez’s view identifies with the second one. I have developed my personal view as a mix of the second and third definitions. Although Merriam-Webster provides concrete definitions for bilingualism, people like Espada, Rodriguez, and myself have developed our own interpretation
How would you feel if someone took away your ability to live and have a future? You wouldn't have the opportunity to crawl, take your first step, have your first kiss, or experience those butterflies in your stomach at the sight of first love. Millions of special moments, a life, shredded to pieces. This is essentially what abortion does. Abortion is not the answer in the case of an unplanned pregnancy and needs to be stopped! First of all, abortion is a type of unnecessary murder that occurs in inhumane ways and cannot be tolerated. Moreover, there are alternatives to abortion and many families who are looking to adopt. Lastly, the side effects of abortion can cause life threatening health risks to the mother. Excuses will always be made, but the bottom line is that abortion is not acceptable and should be stopped.
As portrayed in the evidence above a women’s right to abortion should be legal as becoming pregnant is a big deal. Women sometimes cannot control their bodies as they get into situations that are not their fault, like rape. Even though women sometimes could avoid getting into situations that
A baby, from conception is a human being. So it is only logical to think that when you decide to take the life of a baby, even if it’s barely visible to the human eye, you are deciding to murder a person. Life begins at the moment of conception, so the argument that a newly conceived human life doesn’t have the ability to feel doesn’t hold a lot of weight. Rather, a person should think of it as the baby doesn’t have a choice and by most standards in society when a person doesn’t have a choice, the act is usually considered wrong, especially if the action results in death.
Abortions are very selfish and a cruel way to end pregnancy. Abortions wouldn’t be needed if females would take responsibility and either use contraception or own up to their mistakes. Abortion is murder no matter how you look at it and murderers should be punished for their actions. Choose to be pro-life and stand up for the innocent babies that can’t.
People have abortions for many different reasons. People go through many stages in their life that will cause them not to want kids. For example, some people may have been molested by family members, or even strangers. While some parents are not financially able to raise a child. There are options such as giving the child up for adoption or even letting a family member carry the child.
Twenty-one percent of all U.S. pregnancies end in abortion (“Induced ABortion in the United States). Abortion is murdering defenseless babies who would‘ve otherwise had a happy life with a couple that is unable to have their own child. Is killing an innocent person ever moral?
Many people have their own opinions on abortion, that a fetus is a human being with a right to live so abortion is similar to murder. While other groups argue that a woman has certain rights, especially the choice whether to bring another life into the world. The groups that are for it think that abortion gives women the control over their own bodies, which it is their choice when and whether to have children or giving an option to choose to bring or not to bring a child with abnormalities to the world. Some children are born with severe disorders and some parents, being unable to care for their disabled child seek abortion as their one and only option because taking care of a child, especially born with abnormalities is tough work to do as a parent, so they decide whether bring a life into the world. They look ahead on what is best for them, and it is selfish. Or even having in mind that some do not want to become a single parent taking up two roles; a mother and father and they feel like every child should come into the world feeling wanted, loved and cared for. Another reason some women have an abortion is because they do not want to stop work or schooling, and these reasons are consistent across many countries, including America. Other reasons are because of societal pressures, women get little to no social support. But
It is saddening to see humans of the female gender, who find themselves in a situation that requires introducing a new life into the world; to abort such a precious gift. Many may wonder how these poor, innocent, unborn children are then discarded after the abortion procedure. One cannot fathom the reason of these gruesome murders that happens within these medical facilities. Babies are disposed in the red waste bins of these facilities, and later incinerated. Some may either be flushed down garbage disposals or even be sold off for research purposes. The issue of abortion is not just a social one, but also a human rights issue among the unborn children. I believe if the human rights of these children has been violated, then all other rights of humans are certainly meaningless.
Abortion is wrong. It is wrong because when someone decides to have an abortion they are taking a life. A fetus is a person. It is a separate entity from its mother; therefore, that unborn child’s only future is to be born not aborted.
Many people try to justify their actions for abortions, insisting that it is in the best interests of the child. The reasons women have abortions are not simple and can be difficult to understand, they can cover a broad range from rape, deformity, not being able to provide for the child, in another relationship, or unplanned pregnancy. Some women state, “I may not be able to provide it with a good life” to “It was bad timing and I can’t support a child right now”. In the case of rape it’s not the baby’s fault, instead of punishing the criminal it is giving the ultimate sentence to the child, the capital punishment death. “The circumstances of a preborn child's creation should not modify, let alone negate, his or her right to life. In other words, the preborn baby has a right to life regardless of the circumstances under which he or she w...
...y of the day they are required to be at school. The lack of maturity creates un-needed hardship and stress for the time of their life they are supposed to enjoy the most. If an unintentional pregnancy occurs, problems in relationships may take place not only involving mates, but the current children as well. Abortion has become a safe, cost efficient and reliable option for mothers who are not ready for the proper caretaking of a child throughout its life. The abortion procedure is now safe for mothers due to the Roe v. Wade law that allows the termination of a pregnancy only during the ethical time period where a fetus will not feel pain. The mere cost of $350 to $500 dollars is not comparable to the emotional and financial stress that can be felt by not only the mother, but the child if the proper environment is not available for the upbringing of a growing fetus.
Abortion should be illegal because it is murder. Almost 700,000 murders have been committed this year through abortions (http://www.numberofabortions.com/). There are numerous reasons that prove abortion is murder. For instance, people may argue that a fetus is only a bundle of cells within the first trimester. However, this can be disproven based on examples of adults today. Should we kill an adult who needs a pacemaker to make their heartbeat the same way fetuses need their mothers’ hearts? Should we kill someone on life support because they cannot function on their own such as a fetus? The answers are clearly no. Therefore, what makes it ok for us to kill these babies. Additionally, life is commonly defined by sentience or potential sentience.
Women are using abortion as a method of birth control, it’s horrible how some women kill an unborn child for convenience. There are so many ways to avoid getting pregnant and prevent abortion. If you are not financially stable, don’t have unprotected sex and prevent murder. A women that can’t support her child don’t have the need to have an abortion when she can completely confidential and for free give her child for adoption to a family that will love and protect him or her. A baby that is a product of a rape should not be killed because just like his mother, the unborn has no fault of been brought into the world. In addition, killing an innocent baby won’t make a women forget the rape. It is true that the unborn cannot survive outside the uterus on his owns, and that the fetus most be at least 22 weeks to have the chance of surviving, is also true that the unborn is in his mother’s body, but is not her body. By that being said the unborn has the right to live just like any of us. An unborn child is capable of experiencing pain by 20 weeks after
