Sunday should have been a day of celebration for Brian MacIntyre and his wife. Instead, she’s mourning the loss of her husband of 24 years. MacIntyre left his home in Salem Sunday morning to head to his job at the grocery chain he’s worked at for more than three decades. Initial investigations indicate that, for unknown reasons MacIntyre driver lost control of his vehicle on the Exit 16 ramp of 128 and crashed through the guardrail. State Police said the pickup truck rolled over, ejecting MacIntyre, and then continued further into the woods. A MassDOT worker was checking the highway ramps for ice when he thought he saw a body in the woods. A trooper arrived and 51-year-old MacIntyre, unresponsive and with serious injuries. EMS arrived and
took him to Beverly Hospital, but they were not able to save him. Sunday was him and his wife’s 24th wedding anniversary. While mourning the loss of her husband, Lee Ann MacIntyre is now holding onto the positive and hardworking example he set for their sons. She said without question, Brian’s proudest moments revolved around their two sons, Brandon and Taylor, both now in their 20’s “He was able to be there for his employees, probably one of the best examples of a manager. Very dedicated and also came off as not just a boss but a friend also,” said Taylor MacIntyre. MacIntyre worked for Crosby’s supermarkets since he was 16, and treated all of his employees with respect and compassion. His children encourage others to prioritize family and tell them how you feel. “I want him to know that we’re all going to be okay and not to worry,” said Brandon MacIntyre. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Why is it that we as human beings feel the need to blame someone for every negative situation, which occurs? If we really look at the situation with any great depth, we may discover that an almost endless amount of things may be 'blamed' for the tragedy blaming an individual is pointless - only fate can really be blamed.
The story people adore; Romeo falls for Juliet and they get married. They are forced into hiding which leads to Juliet pretending to be dead. The love struck Romeo kills him self, when Juliet awakes to actually kill herself, a fantasized love story. However another side to Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet tragedy that fans don't look at is who is responsible. The dominant male characters, Friar Laurence, Lord Capulet, and Romeo are most at blame for the story.
Two households, both alike in dignity? From ancient grudge break to new mutiny. Where civil blood makes civil hands unclean. From forth the fatal loins of these two foes.
I believe that the Apothecary should be balmed for Romeo and Juliet's death. There isn't a specific reason why he gave Romeo the fast acting vial of poison. Just because he needed the money doesn't mean he should've gave the poison to Romeo. All it takes is for Romeo to take a little drop of the poison then he will automatically be dead in a few seconds. The Apothecary should get balmed for this because it can instantly kill Romeo, and that makes others life hard for them especially his parents, also Juliet was going to "be alive" again no matter what because the potion only made juliet look dead.
The Death of Romeo and Juliet and Who is to Blame Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy by William Shakespeare, in which a young boy and girl fall in love and commit suicide. They come from 2 different families which have a deadly feud against one another. Romeo goes to a masked ball at the Capulet's household where he falls in love with Juliet. He then proposes to her after the party in secret at Juliet's balcony. Romeo then arranges a secret weeding with Friar Lawrence and Juliet tells the Nurse.
Shakespeare's play of “Romeo and Juliet” is well known, and leaves the audience asking: Who is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet? Most of the play’s characters closely related to Romeo and Juliet carry some responsibility, but there are three characters or groups who had the greatest influence on the story’s outcome. Friar Laurence could be blamed for marrying them and keeping it secret. Juliet’s nurse encouraged Romeo’s pursuit of Juliet, even helping Juliet sneak out to marry. Last and most deserving of blame, however, are the parents, Lord and Lady Capulet and Lord and Lady Montague. If not for the family feud and hatred, Romeo and Juliet would’ve lived, not tasting the bittersweetness of death.
Both Romeo and Juliet speak of the role of fate and chance, it plays a
Responsibility for Romeo and Juliet's Deaths There is much controversy to who is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, a number of things and people could be held responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. But who is responsible for their deaths? Even before the play begins the grudge between the Capulet and Montague families has begun. Because of this, it becomes imminent that one thing or event will start off a sequence of incidents that will end in tragedy. The on-going feud between the Montague and Capulet families could be held responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, because if their was no feud between these families then Romeo and Juliet would have been able to have a safe normal relationship in which their family would have agreed to.
We certainly know that the direct responsible for Duncan’s death is Macbeth. However this does not necessarily mean he is to blame, for his violent death is obviously the consequence of certain influences that forced Macbeth to perform his fatal deed. Furthermore, to unearth the truth about who is really the guilty for Duncan’s murder we must explore the influences the different characters have on Macbeth’s impulses and the overall scenario of the slaying.
if the witches can be right once then they may be right again i.e. He
High school students around the globe are still continuously studying one of Shakespeare’s most preeminent tragic and eventful plays, Macbeth. Macbeth is a well-known play, which incorporates several themes such as culpability, destructiveness, murderousness, ambition, and prepotency. In this play, we learned that Macbeth encounters three mystifying women who forespeak his future and those predictions turn out to be true. The prediction of him becoming a king engaged him on wanting to eradicate King Duncan. So do you think Macbeth will want to wait or want to make these predictions come to be true?
Is Othello responsible for Desdemona’s death? Or is it Iago who planned to get revenge against the Moor? There are many people in the play who are responsible for Desdemona’s death. However, one of the individuals in the play unwittingly helps contribute to her death by being naive. Emilia who is Desdemona’s loyal friend fails to convince Othello that Desdemona is faithful. She is unwittingly responsible for her friend’s death because, she never mentions the handkerchief until Desdemona has been killed. Although, Iago is the master mind behind Desdemona’s death and Othello is the person who murdered her if then, it were not for Emilia who initiates Iago’s plans Desdemona would still be alive. Emilia is unwittingly responsible for Desdemona’s death because she is naïve about her husband’s actions; she is silent about the handkerchief and lacks courage to prove to Othello that Desdemona’s is innocent.
Throughout history women have fought for the same rights of men. In the time of William Shakespeare they were seen in society as weak and vulnerable. They were seen to be good, caring and not as powerful as men. Men were the superior and ruled the land. Shakespeare has taken the stereotypical image of the women of the time and turned it on its head in ‘Macbeth’. Lady Macbeth is shown as a very powerful, strong woman. She has an evil about her that Shakespeare has used to make ‘Macbeth’ a supernatural play. Women were seen to be good and not as powerful as men, in ‘Macbeth’ Lady Macbeth is the dominate character and commands and persuades Macbeth to commit the murders and crimes that he does.
Throughout Macbeth the reader is conflicted as to who the real villain in the play is; some say it would be Macbeth himself, others say it would be his wife and still others would say that it would be the witches who were at fault for the downfall for the hero that was Macbeth. I, however, believe that had it not been Lady Macbeth pushing Macbeth Macbeths snowball into tyranny and evil would have never started, his downfall would never had begun.
MacBeth is Responsible for His Downfall. There were many wrongs committed in "MacBeth." But who should bear the major responsibility for these actions? The witches prophesying the truth? Lady MacBeth's scheming and persuasion?
