The other day I watched a movie… it's called “ What's eating Gilbert Grape”. The movie was really good, although it was like two hours long and it was a drag. Yet the movie kept me asking myself, what's going to happen next, yet maybe that's just me because I’m always asking myself that during a movie(or book). This movie was about a dysfunctional family… not only family, but house, town, and people too. This movie is your typical dysfunctional small town movie, yet with a few twist and turns. The Grape Family… This is a family with a few setbacks. They aren't your ideal family with a stay at home mom, business working dad, and a few kids...They are a realistic family. The twist is there is no dad, and the kids are old, they take care of their obese mother. The family consist of Gilbert, Arnie, Momma(Bonnie), Ellen, and Amy. Surprisingly some of them are the most important characters, but not all of them. The most important characters are Gilbert, Arnie, Momma, Becky, and Mrs.Carver. For example I didn’t like when Gilbert took a major turn in his life. I can’t say much, unless I give away like the entire movie. Gilbert takes a turn in his life right before Becky teaches him that the most important things in life are family, love, and loyalty. That was like the worst thing that happened in this movie, the best thing is probably Becky. Becky is the best thing that happened in this movie because she had like the best relationship with Gilbert and Arnie. Honestly it was kind of cute… Becky's relationship with Arnie is kind of like the relationship only certain people would have with their siblings. Becky, Gilbert and Arnie all have a relationship that isn’t forgettable. When you see people on the street with this kind of relationship, you’ll
