» Leadership « For one I am a strong leader, and never a dictator. When it comes to activities, I love being the captain. The "team captain" is something that many people cannot hold. I am willing to work my way up from the bottom to the top. I am never a dictator and when I am asked to change something I look at the outcomes and the effects on the people. » Discrimination « I do not judge anyone by their race or color. I do not punish someone differently because of a different race or color. I treat everyone the same way. In my opinion I look at everyone the same. I am very friendly and I like to meet new people. » Confidence « Another strength of mine is Confidence. Confidence is something that a few people lack. Some people are scared going into big situations, not me, I am very intrigued to big situations. When I hit a big situation I want to conquer it, not let it conquer me. » Effort « When it comes to effort I always put 110% into things. When I am told to do something I do it then and there. I am the teenager who likes to take their time at doing things. When I am asked to do something I will give it my best shot. » Maturity « Maturity is one also one of my biggest strengths. I have had to deal with a ton of maturity growing up. Before I was a teenager I was always the kid that wanted attention. Seeking attention so much I was always getting in trouble. I always thought that I could pick the easy way out of situations. For the past 6 years my maturity has developed into something I never thought I could do. I gain my attention by doing the good.
