I. Statement of the Problem
A. Definition: Tony Stark may have to hunt for a new job if he cannot adapt to the current working environment or take any efficient actions to change it.
B. Analysis: Tony felt very puzzled and depressed because he found the new working environment was very different from the previous one and he had some problems fitting in. Reece was a bigger organization than O’GRADY and was structured much more bureaucratically. It was difficult to be allowed to make any sort of decision. Besides, his peers treated him with polite indifference and he had difficulty getting along well with them. So he couldn’t be part of the team. In addition, ton managers at Reece apparently didn’t worry too much about who did a good job

Evaluation of Possible Solutions
A. Tony could go back to his previous company and join another operation group. 1) Advantages: The job in his previous company meets his personal goals and expectations perfectly. And his work would be appreciated and recognized. So he could grow greatly as a person.
2) Disadvantages: It is difficult to join another operating group in his former company. Because there are no vacancies. So this solution is almost impossible.
B. Tony could leave the new company and find another job.
1) Advantages: Tony’s experience and recommendations would make finding another position easy. And there would be no more depression for him. What’s more, a new job with a good working environment could bring her more space to grown up. Hence, by move on to a new company, Tony maybe could get a suitable job and have a better career.
2) Disadvantages: Tony would lose the current job and it’s not easy to find a good job with better working environment in a short time. Maybe he would meet the same situation or other problems.
C. Tony could try his best to adapt to the new working

And he could encourage people to work together as a team by his own effort. Besides, Tony could try his best to persuade the leaders to change the current situation and make the firm decentralized. Thus, he could influence all the company and make the corporate culture easygoing step by step. It would improve efficiency and create a more relaxed and friendly working environment. And there would be no depression for him. Only in this way would the problem be solved
The primary problem would be the structure of the organization. This is due to the fact that there are thirteen departments in total which would lead to the failure of the ability to concentrate on long term viability of the business.
The next problem is an Autocratic Leadership. In an autocratic leadership employees have no say. All decisions are made by the management. This is a problem because even though management may know what is best for the company, they do not know what is best for the employees. They should listen to the employee’s ideas and not dismiss them immediately. (toolbox, Leadership Styles: Autocratic leadership)
Another problem seems to be his morale at his current job because of the new changes that the company is implementing in the organization. Miller seems to be upset over these changes and not willing to change with the company. This has caused his morale to plummet. This could result in not only his morale to diminish but also those employees that look at Miller as a leader as a coworker. He has been there for twenty seven years and there are those that look up to Miller as figure to the company.
CEO Johnston also has plans to bolster the company’s leadership with the best minds available and also use motivational techniques to invigorate his employees. These ideas show the character of the CEO in enhancing productivity from his work force.
I would recommend the first alternative which is to improve management. Mr. Walsh wasn't trained and didn't understand management. He could handle the company when it was small. He got lost as the Inner-City paint grew. If Mr. Walsh did some training, then the company probably wouldn't be in such a mess. He did understand how to expand the business and add employees were they are needed but he lacked giving trust to other people.
confusing, as Tony does not know what girl he wants to be with. He has
...ll hope into employees. When hope is absent employees lose confidence, they become disengaged and feel helpless. When a leader can instill hope, especially during difficult times, it gives the followers something to look forward to and to see a way through chaos.
Due to the fact that the case study explains how Tonya was retained in kindergarten, I would be comfortable saying Tonya is somewhere in the age grouping of seven or eight years old, making her fit into the middle childhood stage. I feel in some way that Tonya is more mature for her age. She has to get up to take care of her brother, which obviously means she is getting herself ready in the morning for school. Tonya’s social-emotional development fits more for a child in their early adolescent stage. Since the teacher explains, “Tonya challenged my patience, professionalism, and decision making” (McDevitt & Ormrod, 2010, pp. 3). This type of development is primarily shown in the grouping of ten to fourteen years of age. Tonya’s aggression may be because some children show poor behaviors towards peers that are unacceptable (McDevitt & Ormrod, 2010). This is typical for children in her age group even if it is only a small percentage.
Tony was at the house and saw all the tennis shoes that Wes 2 had bought. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. He confronted his brother and demanded to know where he got the money to pay for all the tennis shoes. Wes tried lying, but Tony knew the truth. He punched Wes in the face and then continued to pound on him. Tony couldn't believe that his brother had not listened to him and that he got involved in the drug scene. When Mary heard what was going on she came outside and pulled Tony off of Wes. She told Tony she believed Wes when he told her that he got the money being a DJ. Tony couldn't believe what his mother was saying. He yelled at her, "Are you serious? You really believe that? Are
Positive aspects range from general benefits to saving someone's life (“Steve Berman”). Some major perks of being a nurse are; you can accomplish different things in your career, money is good, and it keeps you in shape (“Steve Berman”). Along with those you also have; the ability to travel, and job security (“ Steve Berman”). With job security that is just ensuring that in this occupation there will always be jobs. The final two positive aspects of being a nurse include; the job opportunities are infinite, and there's always room for improvement (“Kara Masterson”). In contrast to the positives there are also negative aspects to this
Helping is the most important thing that everyone should learn to do. When Roger went out and helped Tony, it was the most beautiful thing that he did. The quote that shows what he did is “But it just would not work. Finally, I got up, paid for my meal, and I walked up to the van.” This quote shows how Roger helped Tony when Tony needed some help. Many people do not like to help other people because they were really hurt by what the they did to them. But, Roger showed that even though he got hurt be Tony he still helped him and didn’t leave him struggling. However, he was able to just walk by him and not help him, but he couldn’t because he’s not that kind of person that leaves people without help. Roger has the most important trait which is Forgiving.
Increase Complexity of organization change because with acquisition organization also change in structure process and so many things. It is complex and difficult to adapt change by employees.
Benefits for social workers are that they an make a difference. As a social worker, you can really make a difference, according to the national association of social workers. Because the job involves helping people and making a difference. And also the hours depending on what kind of social worker you are. Because if you are a social worker that works in the hospital your hours are not going to be that flexible. But most workers do have flexible
After meeting with the president and listening to the issues and concerns regarding, Jack I would highly recommend for a personal improvement plan (PIP) to be developed. I would suggest for the president to have a one-on-one meeting with Jack regarding the negative feedback he has received from the staff. Jack should be fully aware of the expectations that are being sought as a result of this improvement plan. When laying out the areas of improvement, the first concern would be the negative attitude he has toward his staff. Next, would be to address the several complaints on company surveys from his department as well as outside of his department. These situations take time so I would recommend a 90-day plan with a follow up with the employees immediately after the plan has exhausted. The purpose of the PIP would be to improve employee morale, create a healthier work environment, and assure that the employees are receiving adequate support and resources needed to perform productively. Jack would also be informed of the consequences he could face if he is not compliant and open to this PIP. I would suggest for an outside,
In cultures in which it is quite acceptable to change jobs every few years, employees can build the career they choose for themselves. They can stay with one company as long as it is mutually beneficial to the company and employee. As long as good relationship exists and the employee’s career is advancing at an acceptable pace, the employee can remain with a company. But at any time the employee is free to move to another company, perhaps to achieve a higher position, to move to a new area, or to find anew situation that is more suitable for his or her personality.
