MY STORY: HOW UNDERSTANDING PSYCHOLOY HAS HELPED ME?
Well, one thing, one claim that I can make today is that psychology has helped me a lot as a student. I know this is a bold claim but yes, it has helped me to understand myself better and has taught me to look at the events with a better perspective.
Now, I have become even more determined to do the things that I enjoy and write on the topics that I like. Now, whenever I face a problem, I can handle it in a much better manner. My decision making abilities have improved a lot and I have also learned to handle myself in a more sophisticated way. Some people say biology is the study of living organisms. On the other hand, some say it is the science of life.
If you ever ask a psychologist, "What is psychology?" then you will get different answers as well. Someone who has given it a good deep thought will tell you that psychology is nothing but the science of the mind. While there will be other psychologist as well who will say it is the science of human behaviour, body language etc. You will also find people who will say that the human mind is not a much helpful scientific construct.
These answers and responses are pretty much obvious and expected because every person has a different perspective of seeing and visualising things. For some a glass half filled with water can be half empty but for others it can be half filled.

The study of psychology is becoming very important and an integral part for the human evolution. Psychology gives deep and vital insights about knowledge, understanding why humans behave in a specific manner and take particular actions, usage and application of skill etc.
Moreover, it is also extremely beneficial for day to day activities like treating mental health issues, making work relationships more healthy and better, improving the communication, breaking the ice part or the barrier, education, business and employment! There are also many other areas which are yet to be fully explored. When fully explored, these areas could be well developed and can be played on their potential to the fullest!
