Current strengths:

• Throughout my academic and fieldwork experience diversity has been at the centre. Learning and working in a multicultural society the ethos of organisations where I was recruited it was necessary to work towards equality and acceptance for all. Supporting and empowering marginalised and isolated members of the community treating them with respect and dignity. Through experience and training I have adopted different approaches used to eradicate oppressive practice.

• I understand difference between people and adopting an individualised approach in providing services for clients. Throughout my field experience we worked with marginalised groups from a mixed cultures and religions and services users work coherently together …show more content…

I would like the opportunity to use my transferable skills to develop professional relationships and work productively in a team developing my knowledge and skills.

• I understand the importance to develop professional taking leadership on my won professional develop. I have done this by doing reading while on placement understating the organisation I have worked for and how to develop myself in order to delivery a service.

• I am hard working and dedicated to developing myself in different areas as long as I am able to support marginalised and isolated pockets of society.

• Previously I have received supervision from placement mentors that have guided me to develop knowledge in areas I needed help. However, I believe that I need to take more anatomy on this matter and not to be spoon feed information taking the initiative as all skills are
