The location of a business is one of the most important critical success factors. In the right location, where competitors are not fulfilling all customer needs, a hotel can thrive. However, in a neighborhood that has heavy competition from existing hotels, success may not be so forthcoming. The architectural structure was designed to occupy a minimum of two acres. After months of searching, an ideal three acre lot was found and acquired for the new construction of Westwood Suites. The physical address is 5450 Meridian Mark Rd, Atlanta, GA 30342. Zoning ordinances were checked to make sure a hotel was allowed and the business was not going against any regulations. We felt secure and safe with the neighborhood and surrounding facilities in this location and there are many new developments coming to the area.
