Watchdogs 2 is making its worldwide debut tomorrow and we at DesDec Games couldn’t be more excited. And it’s not just because our name bears a striking resemblance to a certain hacking collective. Anyway, Watchdogs 2 looks to expand on all of its original ideas and mechanics and improve upon them exceptionally well. Here're five things that we’re excited for in the sequel.
1.) The main protagonist of the first game was Aiden Pierce, who was about as flat and one dimensional as a character could get. Yeah, something terrible happened to him that motivated him to take down a group of hackers. Yeah the story was decent (depending on who you ask) but Aiden was such a dry character that it left so much to be desired. Now enter Marcus Halloway; Marcus takes everything about Aiden and turns it on its head. Marcus Halloway is a young man living in the San Francisco area who is wrongly profiled by the CtOS for a crime he didn’t commit. Due to the racial injustice and overall negative nature of the CtOS, Marcus uses his knowledge of computers and hacking for good, in the hopes that no one must go through the troubles that he did.
2.) The co-op system in Watchdogs 2 is also quite impressive, that’s due in part to how seamless and fluid it is. In this game, you can team up with a friend and tackle larger threats. While one player is controlling a drone

In Watchdogs 2, you can hack just about anything you want. In the first game, you could hack security cameras, people’s phones, and electrical boxes to cause explosions. In the sequel, you can hack cars and even control them. If you’re being pursued by some attackers, you can hack a car in the oncoming lane, and drive it directly into your assailants. There are also drones that pursue the area that are susceptible to your hacking. These drones have measures installed within them that allow you to take out guards while using their own technology against

Ready Player One by Ernest Cline is a novel set in the year 2045 where almost everyone engages in a virtual reality called the OASIS. Cline’s novel published in 2011 can be compared to The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins and the Divergent trilogy by Veronica Roth. Collins’ first book was published in 2008 and Roth’s published in 2011. These three novels written and published during the same time period share many similar ideas and concerns of our culture. The appalling future society, the budding romance, the teenage protagonist are all found in novels like Cline’s. A Cultural Criticism of Ready Player One examines the similarities it shares with other dystopian novels of the twenty-first century and possibilities as to why the genre has been thriving.
Robocop, released in 1987 directed by Paul Verhoeven, is a film about the city of Detroit which suffers from many crimes, to stop these crimes they create a part human robot that is indestructible, but they encounter problems a long the way. On the other hand, WarGames was released in 1983 directed by John Badham, this film is about a teenager that discovers a glitch in the military computer and almost causes a war with Russia. The film Robocop and WarGames are ones that focus on the time periods of the 1970’s and the impact that the government had on the people.
Menace II Society, a film about a young Black man who has lived the “hustler” lifestyle and is struggling to leave it, is a perfect example of deviance as the main character, Caine Lawson, and the characters around him violate many of society’s norms. Throughout the film, the characters swear incessantly, carry around guns and drugs as most people would carry around cell phones, commit street crimes, especially burglary and mugging, on a regular basis, and beat and kill people unscrupulously. The following quote captures just how deviant Caine and the other characters in this film were, “[Caine] went into the store just to get a beer. Came out an accessory to murder and armed robbery. It's funny like that in the hood sometimes. You never knew what was gonna happen, or when” (Albert Hughes). Why would Caine consider these crimes “funny”, or rather, so insignificant? What caused Caine to become so deviant? The answers to such questions were woven into the plot of the film and will be discussed in the following paragraphs.
To better understand the storyline and the hero, we need to know a little about the main characters in the movie, which are Neo, Morpheus, Trinity, the Agents, and Cipher. Neo, of course, is our hero of the story. He joins the war against the agents who patrol and partially control the matrix to free the world from the A.I. computers. Neo is a strong-willed young man who develops into a hardcore gun-wielding butt-kicker by the end of the movie. His language and look throughout the movie suggest just how reluctant he was in the beginning, and how all this changed by the end. His attitude in the movies opening shows him as an easily startled man who is a bit jumpy and quite cautious; his cautiousness especially shows as he first talks to the guy in the beginning to whom he is selling an illegal disk and his worry of getting caught shows through. In the end, he became the cocky hero as he dawned the black suit, sunglasses, and a set of guns. This turned him into our action hero.
In the stories liberty, dangerous game and sniper they have many similarities and differences in them even though they are different stories. Here are the reasons for these stories.

Three-thousand deaths have resulted in drone attacks and only 1.5 percent of these deaths were “high profile” personnel. Out of these deaths about 20 percent were either civilian or children. This statistic only account for the known drone attacks (Galliott, Jai, and Bradley Strawser). When drones were first invented its intensions were mainly for surveillance. Over the years they have been modified and upgraded to perform tasks that can even match manned aerial vehicles which leads to the first argument for drones. With the use of drones it limits the amount of soldiers in dangerous situations. Drones are controlled by a pilot that sits in a safe command room with a high resolution feed of the area around the drone. The pilots that control the drones use a joystick to control the drone’s main abilities. Many investigations have been placed on drone operators and the environment surrounding them and the investigators state that the control over the drones simulate a video game. Since the operation of drone simulates a video game it is said that it takes away our emotional connection of the horrific side of warfare. If emotions were to be taken out of warfare taking a life of another person would be inhumane and unethical.
Video games are an ever-growing franchise that is constantly undergoing change. Ever since the dawn of video games, new consoles, games, developers, and teams have come together, fallen apart, triumphed, and failed. What is it that has allowed some to thrive where others failed? Several different factors have changed and influenced the world of gaming, including the history that is continuously being written, the people who have built the games behind the scenes, and, of course, the actual video games themselves. Numerous video games have been more successful than others, but identifying what components set the successful apart from the unsuccessful is something definitely worth observing.
In all of the stories that will be talking about the main characters and all their similarities and differences. Like in ambush and The Sniper the two characters from each story are in a war zone trying to kill somebody. They end up killing that person but they regret it in the end. The other story The Most Dangerous Game is like the two other stories in the way that their all being hunted by someone that is out for no reason but to kill them. But they all have different reasons ones
My first introduction to the game came at my father’s knee. Dad was a computer gamer since before PCs even existed, having even written a few of his own. I was only six or seven at the time and I would watch as he and my brother, three years my elder, spent a lot of time in front of the computer staring at this pretty blue and green map with blinking pictures that did things which were largely incomprehensible to me. Naturally, I was rather jealous of the attention my brother was getting and I quickly decided I was going to play, too. No matter that I had no idea what I was doing. Over the years, with my father’s help, I eventually came to understand the game and I haven’t looked back since. In the years since then, though I’ve on occasion tried some of the sequels, I’ve always come back to CIV I. It seems like an awfully outdated, charming little DOS game nowadays, but it has an addictive quality that allows one to play it over and over and never have the same experience twice.

There has been many great games out there and each of them has it’s own style. One game might be very thrilling and one might be very emotional. But there are 2 game you should definitely play, and those games are Bioshock Infinite and Half life 2. The two franchises are very fun and mind-bending plot. These games are both great but which one is greater. So I will be comparing the two together by their price, plot, and game concepts.
Trainers of rescue dogs, by advanced tests and guidance, distribute adjustable skills; communication, proficiency, and dexterity are taught to search and rescue dogs. Handlers are known by the aided proficiency and safety for SARD’s. According to Jan, “Without collars, vests or equipment, the dog is less likely to be snagged and injured on the rubble”(Harkner-Abbs) . Obedience is expected from a distance as well as in close proximity to the handler.”(Harkner-Abbs). Dogs without minor gimmicks are expected to find people, individually, and let their handler know where that person is. People can keep these dogs safe by enhancing their senses and focus. Search and rescue dogs are needed to look for missing people. SAR dogs have a long training process where they learn what they need to do when they go out into the real world. Safety of SAR dogs is important, due to their working conditions, but staying near their handler is more secure. Search and Rescue dogs help us with problems that would be difficult to complete without their
