Was Jesus Christ really sinless without a sinful nature? Let’s consider Peter and John, the two Apostles who, where closer to the Lord before His death. The first point one must consider, is right after Jesus death and resurrection both Apostles boldly proclaimed the Gospel, as well as, arrested by the authorities, because both where preaching in public about Jesus Christ. The remarkable answer by both Apostles is worthy of a Grammy, they said “As for us, we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard” (Acts 4:20). During the OT times, many people had their own ideas concerning Jesus virgin birth, death, and resurrection. But, to Peter and John, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was the promised Messiah, the anointed one, the Son of God, the Son of Man, the eternal Christ, and the only way to procure salvation. Although the two Apostle’s knew that they could end up in jail or even lose their lives this did not matter to them, because they had their eyes fix on what both had seen, heard and experienced with Jesus. …show more content…

Now, let’s analyze what Peter has to say about his friend Jesus. Peter, the leader of the early Church, wrote the book of Peter. In 1 Peter 1:19, he testifies and describes Jesus as the perfect Lamb, “but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect” (1 Peter 1:19). Although these two characteristics completely reveal a great insight into Christ’s work, it is through His humiliation and exaltation that the Son of God became man in human flesh.
