Is Vegan a One-For-All Solution to Human Health?
"We human used millions of years to climb up on top of the food chain, why should we go back to eating grass?" The author of this quote is unknown, but it has been around for a while, at least in my family and community. When eating meat becomes one of the natural intuition of humanity, the idea of Veganism seems like an unwelcome topic. But as a matter of fact, the concept of veganism was being introduced during the past few decades, and it is becoming more and more popular, multiple reasons are behind this trend, maybe we will understand the idea of Veganism a little better by examine the leading causes. Perhaps the purpose of this article is not forcing any of the audience to pursue a vegan lifestyle, but rather lead you to explore the positivity and various aspects of the veganism, and whether it is the one-for-all solution to human health.

From different articles, multiple cases show that disease such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and many other chronic diseases can be helped by having a vegan diet. We can understand the reasons behind this by examining the main cause of those diseases. Disease starts for different reasons, but most of the chronic diseases have one thing in common is that patients with those diseases are often have an unbalanced diet, leading to issues like high cholesterol, high blood sugar, high blood pressure. Those are the key factors of worsen a condition or disease. With this being said, those patients will often find themselves forbidden to eat meat by the doctors.
