People are often distracted by the things that affect them outside of the workplace. This causes the individual to lose focus on the important things such as getting the responsible assignments done. Difficult people in the workplace come in every conceivable variety. These coworkers would talk constantly, and never listen. Some just have to have the last word; they criticize and compete with you for power, privileges, and the spotlight. Disciplining employees is a necessary matter in each organization. Effective discipline can help to correct employee behavioral issues and can increase productivity. Research one person who worked hard to become successful. Several factors contributed to their success, discuss them. The individual I research is a woman by the name of Ursula Burns. Ursula Burns is the chairman and chief executive officer at Xerox Corporation. Ursula joined Xerox as an intern in 1980 and during her career she has held leadership posts spanning corporate services, manufacturing and product development. She was named president in 2007, chief executive office in 2009 and chairman in 2010. Ursula Burns is the first African American to woman to lead a fortune 500 company. 14. Identify your ideal job. What I need to do to prepare myself for this ideal job is to research the requirements. Heroes and leaders have long had a popular following in literature and in our own imaginations. From Odysseus in ancient Grecian times to May Parker in Spider-man Two, who states, “We need a hero, courageous sacrificing people, setting examples for all of us. I believe there’s a hero in all of us, that keeps us honest, gives us strength, makes us noble” (Raimi, 2004). Organizations need heroes, too. We call them organizational leaders. The study of organizational leadership, then, is really the study of what makes a person a successful hero. Or, what processes, constructs, traits, and dynamics embody the image of a successful leader.

That role allowed me to gain much experience regarding healthcare policies and regulations in action. My work experience at a hospital also showed me that not every individual has health insurance, and that I was lucky and privileged enough to be insured through my mother, which allowed me to afford the care that I needed to receive during my youth. This is why I believe that all individuals should have access to high-quality and affordable healthcare services. My career aspiration is to be involved in the recommendation and implementation of future healthcare policy changes pertaining to preventive medicine that will improve the overall quality and affordability of medical care for all
There are various definitions of success. It can be defined as the as one’s accomplishment of a desired aim or goals. Subsequently, success can also be defined as the attainment of wealth, position or honors. Therefore, success varies from one person to another; it can be a personal aspect as having a pregnancy, academic success, business or political success. However, for one to attain success, whether in an academic, business, political or a private setting, one must put in place strategies that will aid him or her and act as a bridge towards the accomplishment of success. A good strategy must give an overall direction of the intended goals, it is within the sources and opportunities of the desired goal and it advances

As we all know and experience at some point in our lives, some individuals are just easier to deal with than others are. Interpersonal problems are more prevalent when difficult people are involved, and this is particularly true and most noticeable in the workplace. While managers must discipline employees for organizational behaviors from time to time, what are some of the challenges one faces; and what type of plan of action can one implement to put an end to the issues being presented.
