The stockholders consist of employees, owners, board of directors. As stated, the owners number one goal is to make a profit. Once the external stakeholders buy stock the company grows.

Evaluate UPS?s approach toward sustainability against Carroll?s model of social responsibility shown in Fig. 3.2.
In reference to Carroll?s Global Responsibility Pyramid Mr. Kuehn second belief lines up with Carroll?s global ground breaking responsibility of economic responsibility. He feels work can inspire business improvements. His first belief lines up with philanthropic responsibilities to be a humanitarian logistics through utilitarian methods. Carroll?s ethical responsibility in lines with UPS?s safety prom and environmental projects.
The legal responsibility stands with finding momentum through governmental priorities. And failing to comply will put them in risk of being in dangerous situations. I think they follow these core values due to sustainability. For this reason, all ethical dilemmas are handled without prejudice.
