Show of hand of all who did a sport or event they believe was difficult, but they still do it anyway because they like the challenges it gives. Well, that is how I feel about the triple jump. Many may assume as the name suggested you are required to jump three times, but the triple jumps have more to it. As a college triple jumper, I will be telling you the entire step that makes a good triple jumper.
