The differentiation between open fields and private property must be made before one can proceed to form an opinion regarding the constitutionality of a warrantless search of an open field. Oliver v. United States is a case in which police officers, acting on reports from neighbors that a patch of marijuana was being cultivated on the Oliver farm, entered on to private property ignoring “No Trespassing” signs, and on to a secluded open portion of the Oliver property without a warrant, discovered the marijuana patch and then arrested Oliver without an arrest warrant. The Maine Judicial Court held that “No Trespassing” signs posted around the Oliver property “evinced a reasonable expectation of privacy,” and therefore the court held that the “open fields” doctrine was not applicable to the Oliver case.

“Go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200.” It’s the most unfortunate and inconvenient rule in the book, triggering paralysis while the other players are free to use their $200 to taunt you while “just visiting” you in the slammer.
Officer L. Kosinski, Chesapeake Police Department reported the following took place on 01/04/16 in the city of Chesapeake:
. I applied to graduate school with the long term goal of working in a correctional facility. A childhood friend of mine was arrested and sent to prison in August 2007. I saw him four years after his incarceration. These four years definitely took a toll on his physical appearance and his way of thinking. He is 25 and has the looks of a young person whose youth has been wasted. As I sat with him, I had high hopes of being able to laugh out loud while reminiscing about the past. However, I became upset and tears of sadness trickled down my face. He confided to me thoughts of suicide. He explained to me in prison terminology or street talk, one must never drop the soap. I sobbed as he continued to talk about his sentence. At times, his words
Since the last update, I have continue to move around in the news department by shadowing reporters, anchors and or photographers that I have not got a chance to interact with. I got to help record UAB track team at the Birmingham CrossPlex and that was my first time seeing a live track race, which I thought was pretty cool. I also got to help out when Governor Siegelman was release from prison at the airport; we did a live shot for the evening show. Went out with Jamiese Price to get footage of the new Bessemer City Hall and got to interview a few people including the mayor and asked some of my own questions as well as, I even got to meet Rhonda Robinson. I went out with Melanie Posey to cover a fatal crash that was in Oak Grove and interview both principals from the elementary and high school. That was a very tough moment and seeing how close the principals were to the students was a tragic moment for them. As, I watch and listen to the question that Melanie was asking and to see the principal break down and cry and how she

“I’m hungry, let’s get those cookies we have on the counter top table.” My younger sister, Samantha always got hungry right before mom would cook dinner. I looked over to see what cookies she was talking about. To my left were fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I could almost feel the warm melting chocolate chips in my mouth. “Okay sis, don’t you remember what happened last time I took cookies out the cookie jar before dinner. Mom gave me extra chores for two weeks. I had to clean the bathrooms, take out the trash and wash dishes. You know I don’t like washing dishes. My fingers get all wrinkly and feel slimy and stuff.” I stopped talking to think of a plan. “Sam! You can go get them.” I yelled. “What, Why do I have to go? You’re a sneakier person than I am.” My sister had the dullest look on her face. “You just wanted me to get caught. You want me
& nbsp; Hunting on private lands is one of the best ways to hunt, because the game is plentiful, and there is a challenge to the sport. However, when lands are. owners encounter a slob hunter on their lands, they are much less likely to let. anyone hunt their land in the future? When a person wishes to hunt on a certain person's land, s/he is often denied the privilege, after the proprietor of the land has had one negative experience with some other hunters.
The door opened and in walked the hated vice-principal of my high school, who walked straight up to my 3rd hour English teacher and whispered something into his ear. They both turned and looked in my direction. I stared back blankly, wondering why they were looking at me. Through an undoubtedly bad experience in high school, I learned a very valuable lesson about life, people, and events.
There were two men who were framed of murder and have been sended to jail one of them was named Weasel and his buddy named Hank. The person who framed them are unknown, and no one will believe them and when they tried to say it wasn’t them. They would be in jail for 40 years and when years have past they would be 60 years old.Weasel and Hank did not want to spend their youth in jail. So what Weasel said to Hank “Hey Hank we have to escape the prison and find prove that we are innocent.” Hank replied “ Yes but how do we escape?” Weasel replied “I don’t have an idea yet, we have to study the area first.” So as they study the the giant prison that was surrounded by the ocean. They have been building a boat in secret and making
