Based on the overview about this article, the researchers objective was to explore the implications for the sport organization’s public relations strategy, that the role of public relation has evolved from primarily a communications focus to a more strategic management relationship with various publics and stakeholders. They choose 8 senior executives who is present participants in major professional team sport in Australia. It’s include rugby, rugby league, soccer, basketball, cricket and Australian football. It is crucial to consider of a breadth of respondent as transgressions occur across most major sport. The interview were in semi-structured design, that have same question asked to each respondent. This allow to researchers to compare answer and get the idea of the consistency of thoughts among different sport. This interview were recorded and analyzed for themes and relationship.

According from the interview who oversee public relation, the key element that dictate sponsor reaction transgressions behaviour are the sponsor type of business, the existing relationship between the parties and nature of incident. However, from the interview it show to many role of public relation that important in this crisis.

The result indicate that public relation practitioners has play a key role in partnering with appropriate sponsors, understand and managing sponsor expectations, establish ongoing communication posts, institute a transgression preventing program, develop and managing the media relationship and environmental …show more content…

It is because it can gain service learning that has been associated with academic gain. Students who participate with community skill learning will tend to do better in school and its chance to apply what they learn in the classroom to real human needs. However, they will learn how to be tough in order to faced problem and know how to solve problem.
I will make use of this as knowledge in future by use my communication skill to persuade people in order to be a good public relation practitioners. Beside that, I will use my skill to influence people to be a successful and good in interpersonal and organizational communication. Interpersonal communication skill will connect with another person, to make sure that massage understood. However, it also include listening skill, make eye contact and maintain agreement between verbal and non verbal communication.
