I would first investigate what areas in which the trainee is struggling, i.e. vehicle safety, public relations questions, trusting the vehicle, memorizing information or testing. I would then speak to the trainee individually and address the concerns we are having in their progression with the training program. I would also investigate if the trainee has outside circumstances that prevent them from progressing, learning disability or personal issues (could just be having a bad day or week). I would then be speaking with them pointing them in areas to practice on. I would also speak with other trainers working with the current class to see if we could find a strong candidate to maybe be in the same vehicle as the struggling trainee or if they
The training program should be designed which covers all of its employees and they need to identify which part of its organization is bad need of training and they need to start designing its training program from that part. This training program should need support from superiors, trainers and trainees.
Netball uses a combination of each energy systems. It is a fast paced game, with lots of stop-starting, abrupt direction changes, and short, sharp movements. For this reason, netball uses the alactacid, ATP/PC system. This caters for one explosive muscular contraction using ATP lasting 1-2 seconds, and then 10-12 seconds of creatine phosphate (CP) after that. This might be for the centre pass, or any short movements. The Lactic acid system would then take over for 10-60 seconds of high intensity movement, which could be for running or dodging down the court. The body would now progress from the anaerobic system to the aerobic, to meet the demands of the activity. This will last for one hour of work, and is the dominant system used through the 15 minute, interval quarters. As the aerobic system is the predominant energy system used in netball games, the training program is targeted to improve and work this area, for maximal performance.
The purpose of this essay is to reflect and critically study an incident from a clinical setting whilst using a model of reflection. This will allow me to analyse and make sense of the incident and draw conclusions relating to personal learning outcomes. The significance of critical analysis and critical incidents will briefly be discussed followed by the process of reflection using the chosen model. The incident will then be described and analysed and the people involved introduced. (The names of the people involved have been changed to protect their privacy) and then I will examine issues raised in light of the recent literature relating to the incident. My essay will include a discussion of communication, interpersonal skills used in the incident, and finally evidence based practice. I will conclude with explaining what I have learned from the experience and how it will change my future actions.

... on my job. Training has become more important then ever before. My company in years past would assign a trainer to a new technician for the initial start up of their career. After the new employees initial training, it was up to them individually to keep up with the minor changes that occurred. With the advancement of technology moving at such a fast pace, my company did in fact recognize this as a problematic issue that warranted some action. Today we have regular training sessions and are regularly provided with much needed manuals, updates and technical support. Those individuals who decline to adapt to a learning behavior are falling behind at a very fast rate and eventually lose their positions of employment.
First of all I will carry out a diagnostic assessment with the learner to establish prior knowledge and competence of the course, also through questions and answers based on their basic skills, learning difficulties and personal circumstances etc. that may impact on her learning.
One recent group I was member of was the trainer for newly hired medical assistants at work. The group consisted of 10 members. The 10 members each represented one of the ten doctors who practice at the clinic where I am employed. As a member of the team we were encouraged to train each new person hired as a medical assistant for each specific doctor. The training consisted of introducing the new hires to each department, familiarizing them with the daily tasks for the specific doctor the new employee was hired to work for, and helping them transition into their position. In some ways this team was similar to a mentorship program. The members were all encouraged to communicate with one another if there were any difficulties. We generally

Conflict exists in every organization as a result of incompatible needs, goals, and objectives of two people while aligning to the overall business requirements. Though disagreement is linked with negative impact, the approach has healthy considerations (Leung, 2008). For instance, some conflicts create an avenue for the exchange of ideas and creativity to meet the set organizational purposes. However, damaging disagreement in organizations results in employee dissatisfaction, turnover, and poor services and reduced productivity. The paper establishes different types of interpersonal conflict and key resolution strategies used to address the problem. Human resource managers need to have the capacity to identify different levels of conflicts and the best methods to negate them.
...nd understand the needs earlier. Sometimes I don’t make enough time to do this. I feel that if I took the time, researched the group and found out that if people did have learning needs within the group I could be more prepared. I do adapt things in the group but I feel that this could be improved throughout training and understanding the needs of these students and what works best for them. As mentioned above the training could help me to understand this more as I have never had to teach students in this way.
Q/A Session: There should be a segment for the trainees to ask related question to their trainer, this helps is clearing any confusions regarding the event.
Training encompasses the process of improving personnel competencies, knowledge and potentialities, in regards to the specific tasks that will be assigned to them. This is a process that should be perpetual and is essential for the organization, in order to achieve excellent execution of jobs given to the employees (Ingram, 2008, p.162).
