Defining Iron Man
Super heroes are known for their greatest and are honored for the service they put in. Most heroes hide behind a mask for the purpose of protection of themselves and for their family to stay unknown from enemies. But there are a couple heroes who are brave enough to expose their face to the public known as the Avengers. There is one specific hero in that group that catches my attention the most and that is Ironman. There is literally so much to Iron Man than just being a costume and mask. Without the greatness of the Iron Man suite Tony Stark would just be another really intelligent man. “There is always more than what meets the eye”, that saying lives true even today.
I am a huge Iron Man fan so to prove and define the meaning

Starks mental toughness, just as the force field, can withstand anything. Stark is isn’t self-centered but has a mindset that forces him to be tuff on himself. He has a huge mind and is unstoppable; he doesn’t settle for anything less than his highest expectation. These two characteristics are very important when wanting to be a part of the super hero world. Being able to physically take hits without it stopping Iron Man is just as important as being able to take those hits without it affecting Tony Stark mentally.
Amazingly Stark’s armor contains repulsors in the gauntlets of the suits originating from a hand attachment into a standard armament and located in the center of the suit while also permanently being in Tony Stark’s chest; they have been referred to as being magnetic and as a force beam. Along with the duties of being a superhero, Stark and iron man both originated as a simple man and suit grown into a trusted icon. Iron man magnifying the lives of children and using the repulsors to protect his people keeping those that pose a threat

Stark gained all his power and his super hero qualities by his intelligence; he had to work for his title. He truly earned his spot in the Avengers group and to be called a super hero. There are over 40 suits that Tony Stark has created just proving himself to be the intelligent billionaire man he is. He isn’t just a super hero; Stark/Iron Man stands out from all the rest. If you ever came across him you’d know exactly who he was in an instant. Stark doesn’t use the mask or costume to hide from his enemies but to protect himself from any danger that the outside world may throw. Tony Stark and Hamlet also have the ability to self-destruct. During the third Iron Man Tony Stark instructs J.A.R.V.I.S. to take him to a rural area because he will not have the power to make it home. This then lands him with a ten-year-old boy and a power suit with no power. This shows his self-destructive behavior because he into issues with the Mandarin people leading to not having enough power to make it back. He also had to rely on the young boy to make it back to California and to his girlfriend (Black).
Making the suit is much easier than fighting Mandarin. Iron Man gets more skill by wearing the suit and learning how to use the suit. Iron Man’s greatest fear is the bits of shrapnel in his chest. Iron Man’s Abyss is when his suit is taken over. Iron Man’s revelation is when he develops a serious dependency of alcohol. At the beginning of his journey in the suit he is a bit cocky as well. “You’re not a man, you’re nothing- more than a manic. I’m not afraid of you, no politics here, just good old fashion revenge” (tony stark, google). Iron Man is wiser because he realized that you should never give up. His imbalance is fixed by making the suit and saving his life and the people around him. “I had my- eyes opened. I came to realize that i had more to offer this world than just making thing blow up” (tony stark, google). His injustice is fixed by making the suit. Iron Man’s gift is he gets his suit.
In the film Iron Man, Stark is betrayed when the threshold guardian, Obadiah Stane takes the electromagnet of Stark and uses it for his own suit. Stark’s ally and assistant Pepper Potts find out about this and they inform S.H.I.E.L.D. Pepper Potts and S.H.I.E.L.D go to Obadiah Stane’s workplace where they find a big gigantic suit which Obadiah wears. This resurgence of evil comes in the form of Obadiah wearing a suit which is seemingly more powerful and bigger than Iron Man. Stark fits in his old electromagnets and sets off to defeat Obadiah. Iron Man and Obadiah have a duel in which an innocent family is almost killed. There is always a doubt of success in a Hero’s journey and Iron Man who has almost drained all of his power seems unfit to fight Obadiah. Iron Man manages to beat Obadiah and returns successful thus defeating his final test. He is swarmed by media who think that Stark is Iron Man. Stark deceives the idea of lying and reveals to the media that he is Iron Man this being the Atonement. Stark returns to his life and lives life with the world knowing he is Iron Man- his return with the elixir. The completion of the resurrection is an important feature of the Hero and his life. The hero completes the final test and returns with the elixir which Stark has both done by defeating Obadiah and confirming his status as Iron Man. This pattern in Stark’s life confirms his status as a true model
Steve Rogers starts this movie as the underdog. He is weak and ill, but still has a fight within him to become a strong, powerful solider. In the first quarter of the movie, we watch as Steve Rogers gets belittled and beaten. We see Steve Rogers get into a fight with a complete stranger, and thankfully, Bucky comes to the rescue. Secondly, while Agent Carter and Steve were on the way to the lab, Steve points out every spot he has gotten beat up, which was quite a few. This makes the audience feel sorry for him for getting hurt so often. This makes the audience root for the underdog and hope that he
In the movie Iron Man, dialogue is often used and for the most part very distinctive. Tony Stark often partakes in dialogue with Yinsen, his fellow prison mate when he was taken hostage at the beginning of the film. Also, Stark is often in dialogue with Pepper, his assistant and love interest, his friend Lieutenant Colonel James Rhodes, and his business partner and later arch foe, Obadiah Stane.
Superman can fly and shoot lasers out of his eyes, Spider man can shoot webs, and Thor has a hammer. These superheroes rely on their weapons or powers. Hulk; however, doesn’t have powers to rely on, so in a man-on-man battle, he would always win. “His capacity for physical strength is potentially limitless due to the fact that the Hulk’s strengths increases proportionally with his level of great emotional stress, anger in particular.” Because Hulk's strength is controlled by how angry he is, he can never be out matched strength wise. No matter who the Hulk is up against, his strength will always be more than his opponent. Hulk doesn't need any super powers because of how enhanced his physical abilities
If you’re in love with comic books, with cartoons or read science fiction books about superheros. I’m pretty sure you’ve read or saw one about a super soldier. The idea of having a super soldier in real life would be surreal. What you could use the soldier would change war and battle strategies. Forcing soldiers to come up with different strategies. It would also force the enemy as well to change its battle plan or probably fleeing back. Super soldiers are those who are strong and able to resist anything and anyone. Its part of the genre science fiction because it is dealing with the imagination of a creator to create such thing that is so powerful. With a enhanced technology of course.
Despite his corruption, he tries to redeem by acting for the people of the state. His journey as a redeemer is similar to that of Jesus Christ. Like the ultimate redeemer, Stark must be freed of guilt in order to be redeemed (Titus 2.14). When Tom is injured during a football game, Willie is alarmed. Like many fathers, the thought of their son dying or becoming seriously injured is a great fear for him.
After his parents dying, Batman, or Bruce Wayne, have promised himself to get rid of the evil in the city. He spent most of his childhood training his intellectual and physical abilities in order to defeat the villains. As a result, Batman is considered one of the most intelligent superheroes around. According to Caleb Hu, “[Bruce Wayne] is cited to have an IQ of 192 and is considered to be a polymath” (Quora). Due to the fact that he have started traveling when he was just a teenager, he have learned about many subjects, such as “physics, math, chemistry, engineering, etc.” (Quora). Because of the loss of his parents, he have become driven to continue and push his limits in order to learn more about the elements of the criminal mind. On the other hand, Iron Man has a different type of intelligence. Before Tony Stark’s parents died, he have been sent to MIT at the age of 15 to study the numerous scientific fields, such as physics, engineering, and computer science. After his parents have died, he have acquired the family business, which was the Stark’s Industries. His intelligence have outperformed most of the superheroes. In addition to his intelligence, “ Stark was once called the world’s most adept multi-tasker by Reed Richards, due to his ability to compartmentalize his mind into three separate yet independently operating sections” (CBR.com).
Steve or “Steven” Rogers was known as Captain America. Before he was known as he is now, he was a small and tiny boy wanting to fight in the war but got rejected because of his frailty and sickness. General Chester Phillips offered Steve Rogers the opportunity to take part in a top-secret enhancing experiment. After the test, he was given the super-soldier-serum which totally changed his body from small and weak to one of the most powerful soldiers and the biggest hero known as Captain America. On the other hand, Thor Odinson was born the Asgardian God of Thunder and protector of the human race.
“I'm Wolverine. I'm the best there is at what I do, but what I do best isn't very nice,” is a significant quote recited by the remarkable superhero, Wolverine. Before becoming the death- defying Wolverine, the man behind him was actually a mutated figure, allowing him to have surreal potential within him. Wolverine is definitely the optimal superhero to exist, for he has an accelerating healing factor, razor sharp adamantium claws and a gutsy personality leaving those who witnessed him in a state of shock. Wolverine has the capability to easily regenerate his damaged body tissues. He is unlike any other average human in the world considering he has bones created from a special substance known as adamantium in the world of Marvel. Not to mention, Wolverine or James Howlett, is a Canadian born in Alberta, Canada. During the day James is recognized as Logan, an alias name he desired after withdrawing himself from the Weapon X Program. However, when trouble is lurking, James suits up into the renowned Wolverine to fight crime and bring justice to the people. After completing a well sought for task, Wolverine is greatly praised by citizens for his immense aura of honour and dignity.
For Iron Man, he is also a famous person with high social class. He is weapon producer and a director of company. Before he becomes a super hero he is just the one who creates weapons. He is clever but sometimes he is quite rash that he do not plan before he act.
In the movie Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony Stark (A.K.A. Iron Man) creates a program (Ultron) to have peace on Earth. Unfortunately, the program backfires and Ultron attempts to wipe out all of humanity with a meteor.
“You’ve only got three choices in life: give up, give in or give it your all you’ve got” is the motto of the phenomenal superhero, Iron Man. Iron Man is the ultimate superhero due to his unique personality, hilarious charisma and incredible armored suits, which protects him at all times. He is able to fly at supersonic speeds and can even survive a bomb explosion. Not only that, Iron Man is able to shut down any electronic devices around him while using his dominant electromagnet force shields.
