In life, many individuals have their own perspective on how they view the world they are in. This is centered solely on their personal worldview. Your worldview is put together piece by piece through your own beliefs, behaviors, thoughts, past/current circumstances, and overall life. My worldview is that life is a marathon, it's a long journey where you learn, experience pain, but you can always overcome it with perseverance, and those who are beside you encouraging you along the way. As I look back on all of the years that have led me to this point, I am able to reflect on the lessons I have learned throughout the courses of the years. As seen in To Kill a Mockingbird, Scout Finch experienced several struggles over the course of the novel. On Scout's first day of school, Miss Caroline is displeased that Scout knows how to read thoroughly, and she advises that Scout can no longer be taught how to read from her father. After Scout heard this news, she was emotionally crushed because she loved learning to read from her father. Scout implored her father on never returning to school. Atticus mentored Scout through the trial that she was facing, and once she faced the situation head-on she was able to defeat it. This is relevant to hills that are faced with a marathon. You don't know if you will be able to make it to the top of that hill, and you begin to doubt yourself, lose hope, and encouragement. But there are always people alongside you in the race who will help you through your pain. This is similar to academics when you think you are falling behind or don't understand the material you are learning, there are always teachers or fellow classmates that will help you through your
