Exploring the Macabre Artistry of Tim Burton's Films

For anyone who doesn't know who Tim Burton is you must be living under a rock because he is one of the greatest directors and creators. He directs so many amazing movies that are classics. He puts in so much work to make such amazing creations. Some of my favorite movies by him is Nightmare before Christmas, Beetle juice, Mars Attacks, Dark shadows, James and the giant peach, Sleepy hollow and Edward scissors hands.

The best movies with horror scenes by Tim Burton movies are The nightmare before Christmas, Beetlejuice and Mars attacks. Most of Tim Burton movies are scary. A lot of his movies are with dark scenes with very little to no color. Most movies that he directs involves fog, creepy trees, shadows and scary characters.

Tim Burton likes to make plot twists to make the scene more interesting and to keep to the watcher interested the whole time. In the Nightmare before Christmas they wanted to turn christmas in so a scary christmas so they wanted to scare people by putting dead animals or alive toys into boxes and swapping out the good toy. They would put dead creatures and toys that had a spell on them so they would attack people once they open the box. In the movie Beetlejuice he made Beetlejuice turn into a snake so it would sacre Lydias family and otho who was trying to make the house not haunted. Also he made Adam and Barbara transform their faces into peculiar shapes to try to scare Lydia and her family out of the house so they could have their house to themselves again. But that didn't work so well, Otho tried to make a spell to get rid of Barbara and Adam but it started to kill them so Lydia had to get help from Beetlejuice and since he helped her she would have to marry him. Tim Burton finds ways to to include odd characters to make the movie different from other movies that have been made. For Mars Attack he made aliens attack the earth and take over the planet, during the time they take over the world they take a human's head and replace the body with a dog's body. Also they made a human's brain visual and floating around in a glass bowl. Also Tim Burton made the aliens pop up out of the earth which made you jump out of your seat because you're not expecting it. The best horror movies scenes are Beetlejuice, Nightmare before Christmas, and Mars Attack.
The director Tim Burton has made a lot of different genres.

He has directed funny movies like pee wee adventures. Pee wee is an odd person who ends up doing dumb things which ends up making the movie ten time better. Pee wee isn't a normal guy, he likes to make a fool out of himself. He likes to ride his bike around the neighborhood and meet new people. Then he has to deal with his bike going missing and has to go through all this stuff to get his bike back. Burton also directed a movie called Dark Shadows. Which was a romantic movie with a lot of interesting twists throughout the whole movie. Dark shadows is about a 200 year old vampire who was imprisoned in his coffin who makes his way back to his mansion. But has to deal with his crazy ex lover who took over the fishing business. His ex wanted to get revenge on her ex but failed in the end. And then there was James the giant peach. James the giant peach is about a kid who has to live with two very ugly women who are his aunts that treat him like crap. So on his birthday he made a wish to live somewhere else and then he meets this guy who had magic seeds, and warns james not to lose or drop them but on his way home he falls and then the seeds begin to bounce around and go and hide. So a couple days later they began to grow and he ends up with a giant peach tree. One day he climbs into a hole to hide from his aunts and once he gets into the middle of peach he sees that there are all these human sized bugs living

in there. When james aunts start looking for him the grasshopper cuts the peach of the tree and it ends up rolling into the ocean.and once they deal with so many obstacles he finally gets his dream come true. Tim Burton always know how to make so many different genres better.
Tim Burton directed some of the most famous movies.

Sleepy hollow was one of them. It had its own classic twist on a headless horseman. It had Johnny Depp as the lead as Ichabad crane. Ichabad is sent to New York City to investigate some murders in the village of sleepy hollow. Ichabad is faced with some imprisonment because he is breaking traditional methods. Crane is informed that the murderer is undead and headless. During the time that he is there he encounter so many obstacles. Beetlejuice is also very famous. You had an insane character who was a bad influence on a nice family and tries to help but he makes Burton had only created one other gothic and suburban themed movie but this one liked out of all the movies that he directed or created.Edward scissorhands is tim burton's most famous movie.edward lived in a mansion that everyone thought was haunted and abandoned for a really long time, but no one ever knew that edward was living there. Edward wasn't a normal guy, he had hands that had scissors as fingers and lots of scars that covered his face.burton made edward fall in love with this beautiful who was very popular. He was able to prove to everyone that you shouldn't judge someone by how they look. Out of all the movies tim burton has directed and created sleepy hollow, beetle juice, and edward scissorhands were the most

Tim burton has created over 20 movies but out of all of them my favorites would be Nightmare before Christmas, Beetlejuice, Mars attacks, pee wee, Dark shadow, James the giant peach, Sleepy hollow, and Edward scissors hands. He made these movies better because there was horror scenes, different genres, and famous movies.
