The publication of the article “Is US military becoming outdated?” by Stuart Bradin, Keenan Yoho and Meaghan Keeler-Pettigrew explain that since the attack of September 9, 2001, the potentiality and strength of US army has declined over recent years and the number of civilian in US army has grown considerably. Therefore, the US army has the best force for large, conventional theater operations, but not the best force for current and future fights because of the rise of new kind of warfare. So, it is important to state that the US Army has over the last decade keep up with the spate of change through force development, technology and innovation, changes in operational environment and threat.
