How do you solve it when you encounter a problem? Solving a problem just like a solving a puzzle. Each smaller part is a small part of the problem of finding and solving the problem. Most importantly, the analytical approach is to use appropriate processes to break down the problem into the small parts that needed to solve the problem. Each piece has become a smaller, more easily solved problem. Some people cannot solve the problem because they are using inappropriate methods without knowing this. This is the reason why most people cannot solve the difficult problem. According to Morgan Jones, with the book that his written “The Thinker's Toolkit”, he was said that the word ‘analysis’ is refers to break down the problem into its constituent elements. Doing so can simplify complex issues into the simplest terms. History can be an analytical method to explain a society today. Of course, there are also have a very close relationship …show more content…
But he must learn the basic political principles of the political system and the nature of the basic forms. Given the close relationship between the two, the political system, rules, regulations, rights and obligations, laws and models of the judiciary, administrative, legislative and administrative functions, economic and financial implications, bureaucratic nature, and national basic development policies are all based on the constitutional history to define it. For example, diplomatic history is a branch of political history that deals with the principles of international relations. The ambassador is a link between nations. They are guardians and practitioners of diplomacy. So that, history brings great help to politics because the political aspect is part of the entire range of historians' records. Historical knowledge will enable politicians to better understand politics and play its role
Identify and sort out and summarize the problem(s). Decide which is the most important problem.
Time persistently progresses forward unimpeded. With each elapsing second the present moment changes into the past and creates history. History is filled with a plethora of events, people, and concepts that have left an enduring influence. Society has developed many components which became foundational to Western culture from the Mesopotamian civilizations to the emergence of the Romans. The contributions of a variety of cultures shaped the course of Western history.
picture the problem in their mind. After that, the author give the example of how
The impact of history and culture on an individual's life is tremendous. History plays a large role in forming an individual because it helps them develop morals, ideals, and goals in life. It begins the process of finding an identity. The past is never forgotten because it leaves marks on ones life as a scar does to ones body. It may go unseen physically, but the emotional effects it produces last a lifetime, and can continue on for generations to come.
A problem can be defined as subject of concern between what is desired and what an actual situation is there, which makes it difficult to achieve a desired goal, purpose. A solution of a problem is an act performed in order to reduce the effects of the current situation and which gives direction to accomplish the goal or objective.
The patterns of living that the world witnesses today are greatly influenced by history. This is because of the fact that history plays an immense role in forming one’s future; the abundant interactions socially, economically, politically, result in repercussions that can hardly be unraveled. However, this does not in anyway mean that one cannot trace today’s state of affairs back to its roots. Tracing today’s occurrences back to their origin is possible due to the fact that the agents’ (nations) origins are known.
Using integrative thinking process provided by Riel and Martin, (2014) which has four steps, first understanding the problem and coming up with two extremes to focus on to then coming up with new possible solutions by taking pieces of the opposing extremes to generate something new to explore and test, will allow us to tackle problems that we may classify as unsolvable. As I have said, majority of our problems or item we want to study are multidimensional, therefore our thinking must be as well. Even in the realm of science, it is not all analytical thinking, you need creativity to first come up with ways to test, you need intuition to know that there is some type of relationship there, and we need the evidence to support the claims that are made. Therefore, all four types of thinking are needed, not just one, which if these skills were taught to learners, educators, businesses and leaders, to name a few, we all would be part of creating new solutions to our most difficult problems, benefiting everyone
Historians use sources and knowledge to piece together the history of the human existence while Human scientist study the human behavior as well as the lifestyle we live in. They indeed focus on these areas and provide information to each other. However, a historian will also look to the future and foretell using his or her knowledge of the past. In the same way, a human scientist might look at human behavior today and compare it with the past. For when we look at human science, historians find it as useful term for science with the word ‘human’ as the subject (Smith). This opens the possibilities for the historian to research and thus history can be considered as a ‘Human Science’ (Smith).
Solving problems is a particular art, like swimming, or skiing, or playing the piano: you can learn it only by imitation and practice…if you wish to learn swimming you have to go in the water, and if you wish to become a problem solver you have to solve problems. -Mathematical Discovery
Though our history may bring back horrible memories of the ?grimmest dimensions of human nature? (Limerick 472), it is necessary to have a good historical background. History gives us the ability to improve future outputs, satisfy our unending need for knowledge, and understand how many policies and regulations have come to be. Without history mankind would be very primitive and ununified. Our complete molding of the world today is almost completely dependent on the fact that we study our history. Without history present day humans would be nothing more than cavemen.
History is a story told over time. It is a way of recreating the past so it can be studied in the present and re-interpreted for future generations. Since humans are the sole beneficiaries of history, it is important for us to know what the purpose of history is and how historians include their own perspective concerning historical events. The purpose and perspective of history is vital in order for individuals to realise how it would be almost impossible for us to live out our lives effectively if we had no knowledge of the past. Also, in order to gain a sound knowledge of the past, we have to understand the political, social and cultural aspects of the times we are studying.
History matters to us because it's important to understand our history, know who we are, prepare humans to live in the world and learn cultural literacy. History tells what makes one special and give us perspective about our relations with other species, it also tells the distinctions about particular land and its people, along with their behaviors, and interactions. Without history, we would have the sense of self-identity, how one relates to time, and our connection will all humankind and our shared characteristics. History prepares us for real world events such as college studies, international experience, and for participation in civic life. For one to be ready for these it would be beneficial to be a global citizen whom can think, speak,
History is the bridge that connects the past with the present. Without history, we have no future. The past gives value to our present. David C. McCullough stated, “History is a guide to navigation in perilous times. History is who we are and why we are the way we are”. I agree with McCullough, history gives us a purpose. History allows us to investigate and interpret the past in order to see how we developed and where we came from. We can get an idea of what has influenced our past and present, and also what will shape our future. We can see what previous generations did and whether or not t...
History and culture have come together for long time; they can not separate any more, the present have been had the modern culture, learning of relativity between culture and history
It is important to study history because it teaches us about not only our own culture but about cultures all around the world. Learning about other cultures and how they look a the world and what their opinion on certain things are , helps us learn better ways of avoiding conflicts. History is just a way of getting us to understand human life and helping us embrace new ways of making a healthier lifestyle. Studying history is very important to all of our society because it answers every question. History is everywhere so why not learn about
