The Insane Fangirl’s Tale
The crew was riding down highway 281 as fast as they could but it was never enough for the people behind them.
“Stupid citizens driving their fancy cars,” scoffed Ace, the Insane Fangirl. “Why don’t they take their horse carriages like us?”
“Maybe they don’t have horse carriages,” squeaked Koty, the Introvert in a tone barely audible.
“What nonsense!” cried Ace.
“She has a point,” murmured Jack, the Leprechaun.
“I agree with Ace!” bellowed mark, the Gamer, who dressed up as a knight for the carriage ride. “Why don’t these imbeciles have carriages?”
Koty rolled her eyes then quickly pulled her hood over her face out of embarrassment. In the car behind them the driver blew their horn.
“Come hither my children,”

Ace sing-songed. The others formed a semicircle in front of her. “I shall tell you a tale to pass the time.” Jack and Koty exchanged worried glances while Mark began to stuff his face with the popcorn that had appeared out of nowhere. “‘Tis a tale of romance and friendship. Love at first sight, trust issues, the whole deal. And the tale goes like this.” CHAPTER ONE Skipping down the freshly cut grass, Phil, the Ditsy Chic (play on words! haha) swung his arms front to back as he continued on his way. He was looking for his best friend, Dan, who was God knows where doing who knows what. “Probably off having another midlife crisis,” Phil said to himself. Just then he tripped over air and fell flat on his face. “Oh my God, Phil,” he heard Dan say. Phil looked up and saw Dan laughing while a beautiful young lady stood next to him looking slightly worried but quite amused. “Do you need help?” she asked stretching her hand out to help Phil up. He nodded his head and took her soft hand and gripped it tightly. He stood up to see that she was much shorter than him, but with her latte colored skin and her long, soft, black hair. Her nose ring shone brightly from the reflection of the sun. She must have noticed Phil was staring because she glanced over at Dan who seemed to be upset that Phil was interacting with her. “So, uh… Thank you,” Phil said standing awkwardly and rubbing the back of his neck. “W-what’s your, uh, name?” “Lilly,” she giggled. “You’re very welcome…” Phil didn’t get that she wanted his name, so Dan cleared his throat. “Sorry about him,” he said stepping up to Lilly. “His name is Phil and he’s my best friend, who really shouldn’t be here,” Dan said, coughing so Lilly didn’t hear the last part. “You’re very welcome, Phil,” said Lilly. Phil smiled down at her, being as tall as he was. His heart fluttered inside his chest when he started a conversation with her. Dan did butt in a few times making Phil grow irritated. “Would you like to hang out sometime?” Lilly asked.
Phil chewed on his lower lip but nodded his head. Lilly giggled and pointed to Dan as she began to walk away. “You too,” she added.
CHAPTER TWO
Phil watched as she sauntered away. Suddenly Dan began to pull his collar, dragging him back to their castle. “We need to talk,” he mumbled.
Once back inside the two friends fought over Lilly. Dan argued that he met her first. Phil argued that it was love at first sight. This went on for quite a while until they heard a knock at the castle door. Dan ran to get it, although he never ran.
Phil beat him to it however and swung the door open, bonking himself in the nose. Dan laughed and pushed him aside. Standing in front of him was Lilly.
“I forgot to ask you guys where we’re going to meet,” she said.
“Tomorrow at four under the big cherry blossom tree!” Phil blurted.
“Sounds good!” squealed Lilly. “Can my friend come as well?”
“Of course,” said Dan.
After Lilly left the two friends fought once more until it was time for bed.
Through the dusk, through the night, through the dawn, Phil slept. He wanted to be at the cherry tree before

Dan. CHAPTER THREE The next day at four Dan and Phil waited patiently under the cherry blossom tree.
Soon came Lilly with her friend who, in Phil’s opinion, was almost as pretty as her. But to Dan she was beautiful. He instantly stood up and greeted himself to the friend. She blushed profusely.
“I don’t trust that he actually likes her,” Phil murmured before Lilly came to sit next to him.
“What’s your name?” asked Dan.
“Michelle.”
“That’s such a pretty name! Mine is boring, old Dan.”
“I like it,” Michelle gushed.
Their conversation went on for two hours and in that time they fell in love. Phil fell in love with Lilly as well.
A few months after this Dan and Michelle got married. Their wedding was beautiful with lush flowers and fancy clothes. Soon after, Phil and Lilly had a similar wedding, but bigger. Dan apologized to Phil about when they first met Lilly. Phil forgave him and thanked him for helping him find the love of his life.
So always remember that love at first sight is possible, and it may happen to you.
CHAPTER FOUR
“Really? Fanfiction?” Mark complained in a neutral tone.
“Yes,” Ace stated.
“WHAT A RIP OFF!” Mark exclaimed, throwing his popcorn on the
ground.
Roseanna and Johnse had something most people dream of, love at first sight. They were so in love that they didn’t care about what consequences being with each other had, but they should’ve. Their spark just wasn’t strong enough to hold up against all the hate. The hate

Danny gagged and coughed. Pulling his shirt over his mouth and nose, he carefully walked forwards, calling out softly to Betsy.
And they finally, after 2 years of searching for each other, lived happily ever after.
The night was nigh, the night sky shined a light purple and red-orange, it shined a dark blue onto the ground spreading across the mountains, making the trees and flowers a depressing black.
