I found The Impossible Knife of Memory by Laurie Halse Anderson overall very interesting. It is a realistic fiction book and it contains a lot of events that happen in Hayley Kincains life. Her father is constantly getting drunk and quitting his jobs because of his PTSD that he developed from being a former veteran.
