One of the most important part of the Star Wars movies is the lightsabers. Every lightsaber is different from the next because the lightsaber is made for the owner. A good description of what a lightsaber can do came from the Star War website and the article “Lightsaber – Info” “In the hands of a Jedi, a lightsaber is almost unstoppable. It can be used to cut through blast doors or enemies alike. Using the Force, a Jedi can predict and deflect incoming blaster bolts, and reflect them back at the firer” (Lightsaber- Info). The idea of a portable weapon that can cut through anything is still far away from becoming reality but there is real science in the lightsaber. To get to the science let talk about how lightsabers works, what a lightsaber is composed of, and the different types of lightsabers and blades.
First, there are several different types of lightsabers to choose from. The most common type of lightsaber is the standard lightsaber. The handle is between seven to 12 inches long. The only detail that is changed can be the handle. There is a variation of the standard lightsaber called sabercane, which is a lightsaber inside the top of a cane. When the lightsaber is taken out of the cane it can be used as the standard lightsaber. The double-bladed lightsaber which is typical only used by the Sith; who are the bad guys. This lightsaber is made of a single handle that the blades come out from both ends. The double-bladed is longer than the standard lightsaber but there is no standard length for the double-bladed lightsaber. A lightsaber is a very complex piece of technology. There is multiply parts that have to work together inside the lightsaber that makes it work. There is some real science behind lightsabers. Maybe far of in the future we will get lightsabers but for now all a fan can do is dream about how awesome lightsabers are.

Saber a sword was only the Calvary and generally in the beginning of the war were used regularly and to their full extent Saber became marks of ranking later years and were abandoned in favor of efficient weapons.
The different archetypes are the shadow, the mandala, the great mother, the transformation, the hero, the spiritual father, and the trickster. All archetypes were drawn from a part of what makes us human and hidden in our subconscious. Many of the characters in the film often play more than one character. An example of this would be Ben Kenobi seems to play the archetype of Luke’s father, then he also plays the archetype as an old, wise man.
Once a paintball gets into the air its flight is much like that of a golf ball. There are a verity of forces that act upon the ball once its in the air. The ball always has the force of gravity acting on it. This causes the paintball to travel in an arc and return to the earth.
A glow stick is a self-reliant, instant light source. It consists of a translucent plastic tube containing secluded substances when combined can produce light. It does not require any extra external energy sources. The light cannot be turned off after it is “lite”, but it is said that glow sticks can actually be used again by putting it in the freezer overnight then cracking it once more. Glow sticks are used in many ways some for emergency settings, recreation, entertainment, and in the military because they are portable and easy to activate. If you have seen a glow stick you will know that it is quite fascinating how the tube lights up with the bright glow. But just how exactly is that possible?
Light sticks work in a similar way. When you “snap” a light stick, the chemical in the glass capsule mixes with a chemical in the plastic tube and creates light energy. Instead of the chemicals used by a firefly, other chemicals are used to create a glow. The light stick that you can buy at a store usually contains hydrogen peroxide, phenyl oxalate ester, and fluorescent dye (New York Times Company, 1 of 3). The light stick will glow the same color as the fluorescent dye placed in it. In luminescence, the chemical reaction “kicks an electron of an atom out of its ‘ground’ (lowest-energy) state into an ‘excited’ (higher-energy) state, then the electron give back the energy in the form of light so it can fall back to it’s ‘ground’ state (Fluorescent Mineral Society, 1 of 2).
Several sources were used to collect information about the weapons described in this project. Most of the sources used were web pages. There is one book source. The project will also include a presentation complete with pictures and lecture for each of the weapons in the written report.
Star Wars and Harry Potter are two different dimensions. However, these two different dimensions have a similar way of teaching. In Star Wars, the place of learning is the Jedi Temple and in Harry Potter, it is Hogwarts. The Jedi Temple is where the students that have the potential of becoming a Jedi to learn about the Force. This can result in dangerous bolts that can have devastating results. The bolts have the capacity to injure many things, including appliances, people, forest, etc. However, although these bolts can have dangerous affects, there are prevention techniqies for lightening. These procedures can protect you, loved ones, and property. With lightning come many myths. These myths can endanger people by giving them completely wrong information. However, some myths are ancient and involve rituals of the gods. Lightning is complex in formation, protection, and myths. With lightning comes much danger, which still keeps scientists busy today studying the causes and effects of lightening.
All guns have their own benefits and disadvantages. Some guns are more powerful than others, some have a bigger capacity, some have a longer range and others are simply more accurate. There are several factors that make up a more accurate gun.
When thinking of fireworks, many peoples first instinct is to picture bursts of color accompanied by the loud noises of the explosions. Not many people think of what all goes into the production of a firework and how it works. But then again, why would you when you could be enjoying a beautiful firework display? Also known as the Japanese long sword or the samurai sword, the Katana is a curved, single-edged blade with ridges along its exterior. It is primarily used as a weapon to cut down or slash its foes (Robinson 28). The ridges along the blade, called the hamon, divides the soft metal components, the shingane, from the hadagane of the hard metal components used to forge the sword to give it its trademark razor sharp edge and flexibility (Turnbull 12).
