How can you and your feminism be part of building a more just world?

For me, I will engage in helping promote feminism. For example, I will distribute some leaflets to the passerby to teach them why we should treat male and female fairly and its importance to the society’s development. Also, I will treat both male and female to the same extent. For example, I will not query female’s working ability when we are doing school’s group projects and in the workplace.

For feminism, women may be discriminated against for their race and religion. They may face unfavorable economic conditions due to discrimination. In other words, they may have higher chance to be rejected by the employers when they are finding jobs, resulting in more serious unemployment …show more content…

So, I can have more access to rights and resources, more political power, more economic potential, a better quality of life, healthier life, lower mortality rates, and have higher overall life chances.

Wonder Woman or so-called Diana Prince, her creator is inspired by the feminism. Wonder Woman skills were powerful, including bullet-pinging with bracelets, lassoing, basic psychology, great strength, and athleticism and being half-god. In 1970s TV version, she is always sort of naked. After cultural reset, she has thighs to kick things with, is a feminist act. Female protects the world from male violence with better violence, instead of nurture. Wonder Woman’s aunt, called Casting Robin Wright, visualizes the battle-axe as a battler again with an axe. What can you do to help young kids understand the various possibilities of sexuality?

I will first let them discover who they are, what do different possibilities of sexuality mean, what they like and who they like.

Media is changing and there is gradually more positive and highly visible LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) role models. I will let the kids recognize some LGBT role models through the media, such as video, newspaper and magazine. I will introduce LGBT role models and explain why they will do so. I will also answer their continuous questions as they must feel curious and strange to these LGBT role models.

I will also try to normalize different gender and sexual preferences in conversation. For example, if a kid tells me, “My teacher is getting married!” I will response the kid, “Is she marrying a man or a woman?” If I assume less, the kids will feel more comfortable talking to me about various possibilities of sexuality.
