The thought of putting an end into a relationship may be difficult because the one certain person can truly be the love of one’s life; however, is it not worth it to be sad all the time and it is not worth it to spend all the time putting in an effort into a relationship that is not going to last. Not to mention that the individual is suffering in the relationship from anxiety because their mindset automatically takes them to overthink the situation . Low self esteem that displays on the individual are there is no confidence whatsoever because the vulnerability they get when they don 't feel valued enough. Low self esteem applies to appearance, not being popular, and caring for what others think. This eventually leads to communicating less and being dishonest. Every parent always don’t approve who they date because parents play an important role on who and who not to date. There is a saying “mothers knows best”, meaning the moment they set foot inside the house, parents can tell immediately something is wrong.
