Fear is usually the only thing stopping a person from changing. Whether it's fear of ridicule or judgment (usually from well meaning relatives who say things like, "Oh, what a nice idea, but you've never been much good at that sort of thing, dear"), or fear of failure (Why leave your boring steady job to start a business that might leave you bankrupt?), or simple fear of change itself (Things might be hard now, but at least you've learned to cope with this problem... a new problem would require painful adaptation.), people are afraid of achieving the very things they swear they want.
Anger is normal. Everybody gets angry sometimes, but you don't want to live there. How do you do that? When you find your frustration ramping up, when you really want something to happen and it's not going the way you want, right then and there you need to become more solution focused instead of problem focused. If there's not, then you need to get over it right then and become solution focused. Move on. It is your choice!
You cannot control anger, when it’s become a part of you. People say things like “I just cannot help it, it’s who I am.”, which is not true. Hold the person you’re angry with clearly in your mind. Then ask yourself, “What emotional shortcomings caused him or
