Sometimes eggs may be added when being churned while frozen. In some cases, stabilizers are added. Then the mixture is pasteurized which happens when the mixture is heated to get rid of any microorganisms that are harmful to us. Once the mixture is fully cured of any bacteria it is made thinner and smoother by breaking down the fat globules (intracellular pieces of fat found in cells other than fat cells) making for easier whisking or mixing. The mixture may then be aged. Finally, the mixture is put into special machines that freeze and agitate it in order to keep the ice crystal small freezing at a specific rate to produce what we all love and crave, Ice Cream. It isn’t as important a slumber or fish but it's definitely something you would want in a country. I mean imagine a country without ice cream! It’s like kind of like a sugar or chocolate industry which may seem like it has no value but is very influential and has a lot of power because of its wide range of customers (this is a business approach of course). Ice Cream is considered to be a junk food but it's not all that bad, in fact, it provides us with a handful of helpful ingredients! Studies from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows that Ice Cream may help lose weight as it did for many women who ate ice cream daily compared to those who didn’t. It makes you happier as a person because of the known fact that cold foods make you smile! Also many key ingredients to health are included in ice cream like calcium, phosphorus, potassium, vitamin B and much more. Some studies from Harvard even show that ice cream can give you a chance against infertility and improve your chances of having a baby. Other than this ice cream still has a significant impact on our daily lives, especially in the summer. Have a lactose problem or any other dietary compulsions, you can still have ice cream because it’s choke free with different variations for ones with weak stomachs like Breyers Lactose-Free Ice Cream! Many people work in Ice Cream industries, in fact, Chapman’s factory in Mardale

Before the original business owner and founder, Hannah, retired; this business was a thriving enterprise well admired by its local community. First factor: Hannah established an ethical workplace in which her employees were treated fairly and appropriately. Additionally, most of her staff were teenagers and most of her customers were
Everyone is looking for better and healthier life! People today pay more and more attention to the food they eat, they want it to be healthy and tasty, on the other side modern life is so dynamic and eventful, that the food must be fast. So you need to come up with something that will support all these needs. The great solution is Frozen Yogurt. It is a refreshing, savory dessert that combines the flavors and textures of ice cream and sherbet. Frozen yogurt is a new-comer in the dessert market. Nevertheless, “the history of frozen desserts dates back thousands of years to Asia where water ices were first made.’’ (wiki) Yogurt was brought to the U.S. in the early 1900s and steadily increased in popularity as a health food item over the next several decades. By the 1970s, with the popularity of ice cream technology was transferred to the production of frozen yogurt. But it’s entry into the dessert market was a distinct failure—consumers complained that it tasted too much like yogurt. Relaying on consumer demand for a sweet product that tasted like ice cream, TCBY opened its first store in 1981. The highest popularity comes to Fro-yo by the mid 1990s. But in the late 1990s as Americans turned their attention to high-protein, high-fat diets, demand for frozen yogurt slowed considerably. Low-fat foods such as frozen yogurt fell out of favor as food trends preferred higher fat and lower cost ice cream at the turn of the millennium. Trends changed back to frozen yogurt in the mid 2000s with the advent of live probiotic powder-based mixes. Over the last decade the production of frozen yogurt has grown multi-million dollar business with dozens of competing companies.
In The “So Called Iced-Cream” by Daniel Barwick and “How Not to Get Into College: The Preoccupation with Preparation” by Alfie Kohn both demonstrate that life is meaningless without having passion for the things you do and things you wish to achieve in life. First of all, from Barwick’s essay Monty Burns has everything in gross excess yet cannot bring joy into his life. For instance, the narrator writes, “How could it be that Mr. Bums is unhappy? He has his own Xanadu, a nuclear power plant that he runs with his iron fist, a chauffeur driven Rolls-Royce, control over the local Republican Party… He was even reunited with his precarious teddy bear, Bobo. What, then, might the problem be? (Barwick, 3) Despite
Madelyn McQueen - Twin Falls Idaho Have you ever wondered how the delicious, classic treat came to be? Well, any event you can think of after the date of 1938, the cookie was bound to be there. Several stories about how the country’s favorite baked good came to be, have been spread and believed by thousands. For example, Ruth Wakefield unexpectedly ran out of nuts for a regular ice-cream cookie recipe and, in desperation, replaced them with chunks chopped out of a bar of Nestle bittersweet chocolate. Another story is said that the vibrations from an industrial mixer caused chocolate stored on a shelf in the Toll House kitchen to fall into a bowl of cookie dough as it was being mixed. Sadly, all of these stories are false, says Carolyn Wyman in her recently published “Great American Chocolate Chip Cookie Book.” In her book, Wyman offers a more believable version of how the cookie came to be. Wyman argues, that Ruth Wakefield, who had a degree in household arts and a reputation for perfectionism, would not have allowed her restaurant, which was famed for its desserts, to run out of such
Chocolate or cacao was first discovered by the Europeans as a New World plant, as the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree. In Latin, Theobroma literally means: “food of the Gods” (Bugbee, Cacao and Chocolate: A Short History of Their Production and Use). Originally found and cultivated in Mexico, Central America and Northern South America, its earliest documented use is around 1100 BC. The majority of the Mesoamerican people made chocolate beverages, including the Aztecs, who made it into a beverage known as xocolātl, a Nahuatl word meaning “bitter water” (Grivetti; Howard-Yana, Chocolate: History, Culture, and Heritage). It was also a beverage in Mayan tradition that served a function as a ceremonial item. The cacao plant is g...

Staying in touch with their customers would not enable Ben and Jerry to be as successful as they have become if their ice cream was not high quality as well. The second value the company espouses is to use only wholesome, natural ingredients. They began their operation on this premise, utilizing fresh Vermont milk and cream to create their frozen concoctions. During a period of volatility in the dairy market in 1991, the company went so far as to pay a dairy premium totaling a half million dollars to combat Vermont dairy farmers’ losses. This helped protect the family farmers who supplied the milk for Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.

Further investigation showed their links with Coca Cola, and a gap in the market for ‘off the shelf smoothies’, despite the existing popularity of health drinks and demand for commuter friendly food.
