To have an impressive effect on the audience there must be rhetoric involved. The art of using language to convince someone of something is impressive, but not everyone could accomplish the task. For example, a better explanation requires better knowledge of the subject (Munz 125). When analyzing the letter, it is understood the mother cares for her daughter Kaylee. We can also see that she has knowledge of the information she is stating and she knows what her daughter is going through. That is what Munz is referring too.
