Decision making can be identified as the thought process which results in the selection of a course of action among numerous alternative scenarios (Pennino, 2002). Each decision making process generates a final choice that may or may not bring about action. For that reason, decision making process is the majority critical process in any organization. Decision making is one of the most important activities of management and is an enormous part of any process of implementation. In the decision making process, one course of action is selected from little possible alternatives. In the process of decision making, many The directive decision maker is forceful and expects speedy results. The usual directive style decision maker takes control of a situation, makes hasty decisions and expects those that are under him to conduct those decisions instantly (Pennino, 2002). They have confidence in their own material, understanding, skills and belief. The directive style decision maker manages to abide by the rules and is a superb verbal communicator. On the negative side, directive style decision makers act hastily and often do not have all of the details. Directive decision makers concentrate on short-term results instead of long-term They are exceptionally resourceful and like to look for resolutions that are beyond the box. They are success oriented and like to think far into the future when making significant decisions. A conceptual style decision maker will take chances and try to make decisions that take a broad vision in problem solving (Pennino, 2002). Behavioral Style People who use a behavioral decision making style are very concerned in making sure that each individual works well together and prevents conflict (Pennino, 2002). They are convincing talkers and are excellent at getting individuals to see things their way. Behavioral decision makers like working with a grouping. Collectively they attempt to resolve differences and discuss a solution that is suitable to all parties.
