SpongeBob SquarePants is accused of killing his boss Mr. Krabs; we are here to prove that SpongeBob is innocent. SpongeBob is a kind sponge that works at the Krusty Krab as a fry cook. We will prove that he handles all the cooking utensils thus his fingerprints will be found on these items. Witnesses place SpongeBob at the Krusty Krab before Mr. Krabs' death. SpongeBob admits he was in the restaurant, and that they had an argument, and that he became so angry he quit his job and left. However, Mr. Krabs was still alive when SpongeBob left the restaurant. We learned that Plankton paid off the pineapple loan. Why would he do that and where did the money come from? The defense contends that Plankton is somehow involved in the death of …show more content…
As a fry cook, SpongeBob is required to not only handle food, but also cooking utensils, such as spatulas. Evidence item numbers 2, 9, 12 and 21 each deal with spatulas, blood, and fingerprints. Evidence number two is a spatula found next to Mr. Krabs' body, covered in blood and with fingerprints from SpongeBob, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs. The defense requests that evidence two be thrown out as SpongeBob is the fry cook, of course, his fingerprints are going to be on the spatula, this proves nothing. Evidence numbers 9, 12, and 21 states that Mr. Krabs had cut his finger on a spatula prior to his death and that SpongeBob had graciously offered to take that spatula home to clean it. This is the spatula that was found in his home by investigators. This shows that SpongeBob was always very helpful to Mr. Krabs and that his fingerprints were on more cooking utensils than just the murder …show more content…
This happens four hours before the body is found, Patrick finds the restaurant closed and knocks on the door. When Mr. Krabs came to the door he was very upset and told Patrick they were closed and that he might never sell another Krabby Patty again. Two hours later, SpongeBob admits to entering the restaurant and having a heated discussion with Mr. Krabs. SpongeBob asked for a raise and when Krabs denies him, he became angry and quit and went home to his pineapple. One hour after SpongeBob left, Squidward claims to have heard loud screaming; upon entering the restaurant to investigate he found the body. SpongeBob is not guilty of the murder of Mr. Krabs because when he left, Krabs was angry and sad but alive. There is no evidence nor witnesses that place SpongeBob SquarePants at the restaurant at the time of the

I took pictures of all of the blood stains and collected the knife and fork as evidence.
However, there were many others who were involved in the trial against Casey Anthony. For example, there was the bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, he tried to get a lead on Caylee from Casey after she was released from jail. Meter reader Roy Kronk had found a plastic bag of human remains in a wooded area near the Anthonys' home, the remains were confirmed to be those of Caylee Marie Anthony. After the trial has been started, there have been many more people involved in this criminal case. Casey’s defense, Jose Baez shocked the media when he accused Casey’s father of covering up the death of Caylee in the family pool and for sexually abusing her. Involved with George, was his mistress Krystal Holloway, who had little relations to the case. This led Casey to revealing about her brother, Lee Anthony who she had claimed had made sexual advances towards her. However Lee Anthony does not turn out to be the father of Caylee, so he shows no real importance to the case.
We were presented with many facts that all pointed to Mr. Washburn as the murder. In the house all of the entrances were thoroughly inspected by authorities, and they found no sign of ransacking. “[They] examined all the locking mechanisms, all the doors and windows. In [their] opinion there was no evidence of any forced entry” (P.81). When police looked for fingerprints, “They were all of the Washburn family and the maid” (P.81). There was no trace of an outside party; somebody usually in the Washburn house committed the murder. While in the living room, an officer found a drop of blood. The evidence technician was called the next night to run some tests. “He sprayed the living room carpet with luminol. It is a luminous spray, and when it comes in contact with blood it illuminates” (P.82). To both men’s surprise the whole living room was illuminating. After spraying further the men found a trail from the living room through the kitchen to the garage. In the closet the men found a wet mop, which was tested for blood and also came back positive. Somebody tried to clean his or her bloody mess, and try to save himself. The physical evidence proves the killer was somebody who was familiar to the Washburn household.
This morning October 8th 1965 at about 5:13 am the body of Bob Sheldon was found lying next to the park fountain he was seen to be in a pool of blood. His body had a single stab wound in his back which had pierced his heart, killing him instantly. Supposed eye witnesses say that a small boy who was a member of the "Greaser Gang" attacked and killed Bob and intended to kill the rest of them. Cherry Valance claims that she was walking with Johnny and Ponyboy after the movies when Bob approached them in his car and threatened the two them. Be on the lookout for the two boys with the description of one that has long light-brown hair, green eyes, and is about five feet tall and another has long jet-black hair, large black eyes, and is about four feet six inches. The first one is considered to be Ponyboy and the second one is considered to be Johnny. The two are now on the run they were last seen at a party with Dally. Investigators report that Dally says he has no idea where these two are but he thinks that they are going to Mexico. A woman was taking a walk through the park and discovered the bloody corpse she said “I was hesitant at first because I thought they were watching me, but I gained some courage and called 911” the friends that were their helping Bob bully the 2 said they were there during the homicide, but decided not to call the police because they were drunk and they were scared after seeing him dead. They said, the murderer was a 16 year old boy named Johnny Cade.
In the opening statements both side of the case make opening statements to lay the foundation of their cases. Opening statements are not allowed to be argumentative and cannot be considered evidence by the jury; they are the road maps laying out where each side intends to take its case. First the prosecution presented its case. They alleged Peterson killed his wife in their Modesto home because he was having an affair, then drove her body nearly 100 miles to San Francisco Bay and heaved it overboard from his small boat. Prosecution offered a steady drum beat of small bits of circumstantial evidence. From the Russian poetry Peterson read his mistress to the fishing gear in his alibi to the dessert featured on a particular episode of Martha Stewart Living, it added up to Peterson's guilt, they suggested. The defense countered that Modesto authorities unfairly targeted Peterson, ignoring important leads that didn't fit their theory. Defense said that, while prosecutors had only assembled a circumstantial case, they had five witnesses that were direct evidence of Peterson's innocence.
On May 20th of 1998 Kip Kinkel was suspended from Thurston High for possession of a gun in his locker. He purchased the gun from a classmate, however another student that had heard about the sale taking place, notified employees of the school who then contacted the police and had them investigate. Kip was taken into custody to the police station and then sent home with his father. No-one can be exactly sure what transpired between Kip and his father on the ride home or after getting to the house. After getting back, he took one of his guns, shot his father in the back of the head, killing him on the spot. He moved his father’s body into the bathroom and then covered him with a sheet. He waited throughout the day for his mother to come home. When his mother finally pulled into the driveway and began walking into the house, he killed her as well. He shot her five times in the head, and once in the heart.
It was a normal evening in the Maloney home. Mrs. Mary Maloney sat sewing, while waiting for her husband to return home after an involved day as a police officer. Around 5 o’clock Mr. Maloney returns home with shocking news and… Bang! …a leg of lamb hit over his head and Mr. Maloney falls to the ground dead. All evidence and theories, point to Mrs. Maloney being the killer of her husband, but why? Mrs. Maloney did not kill her husband out of anger after the recent marriage incident, but she did it as a result of mental anguish, self defense and trauma inflicted upon her by her husband. All these events explain exactly why Mrs. Maloney murdered her husband out of reasonable measures.
Forensic evidence is “evidence obtained by scientific methods …. and used in court.” Most evidence collected can be classified as either transient evidence or tangible evidence. Common types of transient evidence includes hair, fibers and glass, fingerprints, shoe prints, bare foot impressions and tire impressions, bodily fluids and skin cells, as well as gunshot residue. Some forms of tangible evidence would be firearms, fired and unfired bullets and cartridges, tool marks, drugs and drug paraphernalia, physical documents such as checks and receipts, and computers, cell phones and other devices.
OKKAnother friend of Donald Marshall Denied being at the park during the stabbing then later gave a statement saying he was there, later when Pratico was re-interviewed he gave a statement saying he saw the stabbing. Both Chant and Pratico’s statements were contradictory but apparently there was no other evidence to base a charge on. The royal commission received evidence that ten days after Marshalls conviction, Jimmy MacNeil came forward to tell police that he saw Ebsary stab Seale but the officer in charge of the investigation disarranged it and the inspector did not properly interview people and assess the newly found evidence. In addition, Roy Ebsary’s daughter confided to a friend that she saw her father washing what appeared to be blood from a knife on the night of the murder, although, when she told the police, the police
The main reason being that he could have tried harder because K. did not her him. “He was maybe ten yards down the beach, squatting with his back to me, looking at something. I was sure that I had yelled loud enough, but my voice did not seem to reach him. He might have been so absorbed in whatever it was he had found that my call made no impression on him. K. was like that. He would get involved with things to the point of forgetting everything else.”(Murakami137) You could say that, but he did try. K. was just too engrossed in what he was doing to notice that there was something bad going on. The narrator tried to save him. He was still there when the rumbling started. It was an extremely loud noise that should have made him look up, but he did not. The narrator did everything possible except go down there to grab them and be killed along with the
Even though this seem awful and like it couldn’t get any worse it did. They had a manhunt. “They’re going to hunt you tomorrow.” (pg. 188). They began to hunt Ralph down and were going to kill him. He ended up running for his life and if it wasn’t for the naval officer he would be dead. Eventually they all would have probably killed each other. The irony of it all was the fact that the only reason the naval officer went over to the island was because he saw the smoke from the fire that they were going to use to kill Ralph.
...ment posed by the film is that keeping Tilikum locked up in pools throughout most of his life drove him more than a little crazy and led to the deaths of the three people he has killed so far. From the evidence presented by the film, it is reasonable to believe that the cause of Tilikum killing Daniel Dukes (the man found on top of Tilikum), Byrne, and Brancheau, is not out of malice towards others, but because he was so deprived of social stimulus that when he saw someone he could play with, he was so excited that he got carried away and unfortunately ended up killing them. The message that is conveyed by the Blackfish documentary is that SeaWorld has built such an empire with the “Shamu” moniker and the killer whales’ “celebrity-ism” that it has gotten to the point where the park is simply exploiting the intelligent creatures in order to make millions of dollars.
Forensic science is the employment of science to solve crimes. Forensic scientists use evidence from the crime scene to track the criminal down or determine the guilt or innocence of a suspect on trial. Some evidence examples that forensic scientists use for their job include fingerprints, footprints, teeth marks, blood, semen, hair fibers, bullets, broken glass, knives, and guns. Other useful pieces of evidence criminals are less likely to think about are descriptions, provided by the coroner, of incisions and bruises on the victim’s body. These descriptions can provide clues to the scientists on what kind of weapon was used for the crime. Before anyone can begin doing all this, however, they must receive an education.
...Once more the odious courtesies began, the first handed the knife across K. to the second, who handed it across K. back again to the first. K. now perceived clearly that he was supposed to seize the knife himself, as it traveled from hand to hand above him, and plunge it into his own breast. But he did not do so, he merely turned his head, which was still free to move, and gazed around him. He could not completely rise to the occasion, he could not relieve the officials of all their tasks; the responsibility for this last failure of his lay with him who had not left him the remnant of strength necessary for the deed....
