I gave it 5 out of 5 stars because the book appealed to me. The book kept be interested because it left me wanting to know more about the mysterious guy named Thaddeus Blinn. I enjoyed how the book was divided into sections, where it separates one character’s experience from another. I like the way the author organized the book by making all the characters meet in the beginning of the book and end of the book, which makes the readers understand that all the characters are somehow connected with each other. I think this book displays Thaddeus Blinn as another role of a fairy godmother. This is because the fairy godmother grants wishes, just like Thaddeus Blinn but there are certain circumstances and consequences in making those wishes. My favorite …show more content…
There are many different booths to visit. However, there is a place where “outsiders” can set up booths but they have to pay the church 10$. Meat passes by a booth where a tent is set up. He reads the sign and it says that Thaddeus Blinn can give people anything they ask for only 50 cents. Stew meets Blinn and notices the weird glow in Blinn’s eyes. Stew did not believe in Blinn that he could grant people wishes for 50 cents. Along the way, Blinn meets Polly Kemp, Rowena Jervis, and Adam Fiske inside the tank. All of them do not believe in Blinn, however in the end they all do give 50 cents to Blinn and get a piece of paper with a red dot. Moreover, Blinn explains that in order to make a wish one must press their thumb on the red dot on the card and say the wish out …show more content…

However, Adam becomes a Dowser which has better
There is a very happy ending to the story (spoilers are coming). Rush, Tommy, and Liberty come back and get Freedom. Rush got an invitation to the First Thanksgiving a little while before they came back 3rd time. They go back, enjoy the dinner and stay to talk with William and Myles. Soon they say their goodbyes and they head back to their normal lives.
Fans of the novel found that the way the novel is written, you never want to put it down and the action keeps things moving and is quite entertaining. The novel pulls you in and makes you love each of the main characters in it. This is a great series for anyone to read, and it is audience friendly for whoever reads them. There is quite a bit of suspense that will make the novel exceed readers 's expectations, and the twists and turns keeps you guessing and lets nothing be predictable. Some like the way this group of people bands together when they really need to and keep things together so they can all stop the
I found the book to be easy, exciting reading because the story line was very realistic and easily relatable. This book flowed for me to a point when, at times, it was difficult to put down. Several scenes pleasantly caught me off guard and some were extremely hilarious, namely, the visit to Martha Oldcrow. I found myself really fond of the char...
In my eyes I loved the book I rate it a 9/10, its had a good twist and turn to it. I loved this
Over this entire novel, it is a good novel for children. It train children how to think logically, and notes people we should cherish our family, and people around us, very educate. Children can learn true is always been hide.
My overall opinion of this book is good I really liked it and recommend it to anyone. It is a good book to read and it keep you interested throughout the whole book.
have chosen it for my report. Finally, I will give my reactions to the novel
I think my favorite thing about this novel was the realistic ending. Some books try to just give you a fairy tale but this book had an ending that mad you think in the end if I was in the same position would I do the same thing. I didn’t like the fact that the novel portrayed mental illness in a way to say that it needed to be hidden and protected. I thought this novel was very believable for the time period that it was set in. I think the ending to this novel was perfect it was an accurate ending to this
It’s a novel that has a little bit of everything for everybody. The only reason I didn’t give the it a 10/10 is because it’s hard to nail down who the main characters are (even though I would argue that with so many great characters, there really doesn’t need to be a main character), and there are some sexual scenes in the novel I found to be semi-unnecessary, which might make some people dislike the whole story. However, I would strongly recommend this book to anyone who want a genuinely fantastic story to read, people interested in a novel full of vibrant, realistic, and sometimes flawed (in a good way) characters, or anyone with some time to kill for long stretches, because they won’t want to put this book
I would most definitely recommend this novel to those who like adventure. This novel is non-stop adventure filled novel staring a young boy against Mother Nature herself.
My favourite part about it’s about the part of greek mythology that isn’t well known. The book was very interesting but some may find it a hard read due to all the little details that become big details in the later books. If you enjoy this book I would highly recommend reading the rest of the series, Days of Blood and Starlight and Dreams of Gods and Monsters. Some books you might like from other authors include Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi, Awake at Dawn by C.C. Hunter, and Shadowshaper by Daniel
The book in itself was excellent; I thought it explained and answered many questions and brought the story to a sufficient close. I almost wish it wouldn’t have, the mysteries of the house were quite interesting especially with the relevance to the Underground Railroad and the true history behind it, which she incorporated into the plot.
series for two reasons. The first reason is because it ties up all the questions I had from the other books. This book really was a good ending, for me at least. And the second reason is because it’s just a great book. It has mystery, suspense, humor, action and many more things that keep you from putting the book down. On a scale of one to ten I would rate this ten and it is also my number one favorite book (so far).
I would recommend this book to anybody, it appeals any audience. It's a wonderful story
I love this book because the characters are developed very well and have such interesting stories! I also love the mystery; it’s like I never know what will happen next and I love books that aren’t predictable. And lastly, I love the romance between Tris and Four. They are so perfect together, and I love reading about them.
