A. Telephonic Coaching Telephonic coaching is a means used by both patients and insurance companies because this is one way of keeping the patients healthy. Leeder (2014) believed that private health insurances are providing additional services, such as telephone-based coaching, to encourage the patients to have a healthy lifestyle who are at risk of chronic diseases.
