When coach Callahan heard that there was an intruder on campus, Coach quickly went into action to protect his student. The invader went to coaches door, and coach quickly pulled out his .45 and pointed at the intruder. Until the cops came and the invader got arrested. But at the end of the day Coach saved the day and made sure everyone was safe. At the end of the day, everyone got to go home early. Teachers should be allowed to carry guns during school hours it should not be illegal because it can protect students, provide a sense of safety, and it is part of our civil rights.
Some people believe that if a kid goes crazy, he could grab the weapon and forcefully get what he wants or can cause harm to himself or others. The opposition believes that they should not be able to because it can cause way more school violence than we already have. Teachers play a paramount role in our children life as keeping them safe as much as they can. School violence and shootings are happening way more than ever. I strongly think that they should be able to have weapons on them during school hours all because it could bring a sense of safety to parents and students knowing that they can shoot an intruder or have a weapon just in the need if something happened something happens and they need to use it.Every day thousands of kids pour into schools across this nation and as parents we believe teachers will protect our child but how will they protect children against guns if they are not up in arms.("Up in arms: should teachers carry guns?"
