Currently, Syndicate Shotz is a small family run business, however, all these aspects are still important and should be listed. They have a unique product, which is unlike the others, and this is a great start. Syndicate Shotz also rents out there facility for quite a great price. For $1200.00 a month, Syndicate Shotz rents their own building with the option to purchase later on, if the company would like. Also, since the company is a family owed business, they do not have a large number of employees to account for and pay for. The company’s marketing technique is also cost efficient. Instead of spending thousands of dollars on marketing, the company does a good bit of their marketing through social media. At first, the owners and employees of the company will take care of all social media aspects, which may consist of posting content and replying to customers. When it comes to equipment, some of the equipment will be purchased and some of the equipment will be paid for monthly. When it comes to cleaning said equipment, each team member and the owners will be properly trained on maintenance and care of each piece. All production quality will be done within a cleaning room type facility where no outside contaminants will be able to enter. Proper attire, safety precautions such as safety glasses and gloves will be worn at all times as well.
