The plan of The Green Leaf Cafe is to provide delicious vegan meals prepared with fresh, organically grown ingredients served in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Additionally, it seeks to attain and maintain the interest of its customers with the variety of its coffee, desserts and main course dishes. It will build a strong position in the city by offering its quality products at competitive prices.
The primary marketing objectives are to increase awareness of the business by 10% in the next month and to successfully launch and attract 3000 customers in the next 3 months. However, the primary financial objective is to generate first-year sales of 1,500,000.

2.1 Market Description
The Green Leaf's market consists of consumers (diners) who are vegan due to religious reasons, ethical reasons and/or health reasons. The Green Leaf is a completely vegan cafe. It will be a place for vegans and anyone else who wants to eat healthy. We will offer many different kinds of foods like sandwiches, soaps and salads. There will also be a smoothie bar with other drinks like coffee and tea.
The cafe will be located to the south of Trinidad in the city of San Fernando. Gulf City Mall is located in La Romaine and draws many people from all over south to shop here every day. Having The Green Leaf located near the mall is a great way to bring customers in. The cafe will be located in Duncan Village where the old South Sea Restaurant was previously, which is only ten minutes away from the mall. There are also many taxis that travel this route to get in and out of the city.
