Steers has been around for at least 50 years and have been the leading burger and chips franchise in the world. Many people know that them because they make a quality burger and chip meals, there burgers and chips are the best in the business. They use 100% beef burger patties and freshly cut chips for every meal that they make. In their new marketing campaign I am going to make their brand jump to a whole new market where it open the business to a whole new market that will help increase the capital that comes into the business. This is a good idea but if you do not do it properly this can be a downfall because you will be casing customers away because if there is not proper signage then the customer might not see the store and walk right past it without even noticing. This can cost Steers if they bring this method out to all their outlets. Steers also started a campaign where they sold a burger for R54.90 of which R2 went towards a fund where they put money towards building libraries and aimed to sell 1 million of these burgers. This was a good idea but their main problem was that they were not putting enough of this money towards the building of the libraries which showed customers and consumers that they care more about themselves than about the community. Steers have a system that buzzes every 20 minutes to tell the staff member that they need to wash their hands and sanitize them to keep a good hygiene in the store. They use the bare hand technique where they use their hands to make all their burgers with …show more content…
We need to make it clear to the public what we will do with the money they give us and the R5 we will take out of every meal they take in which that will go to donations to the community. If we show the community that we care they will come and support us and buy meals from us to show us their support. We as Steer’s will look at opening the business to all economic groups to because if we can expand our target market we open doors to many more customer and possible consumers. We will have a fair size marketing budget to comply with all the needs this campaign will need. With this new plan I am trying to bring more customers into the business and increase their capital. I am also trying to make staff happier because if the staff and employees are happy they will treat customers properly and make customers feel satisfied with the service which is really important to the

This new way of communicating with customers could help lost customers find the products they need and even offer special deals for walking down the right aisles. The idea is to set up bluetooth emitting beacons around the retail store that could transmit signals to customer’s phones while they walk around the store with the Target app open. The signals would show up on user’s phones as a coupon or a reminder about a certain sale being offered. Customers could even page a employee to come assist them without having to wonder around looking for an employee who is not occupied with somebody else. Target wants to be careful to not pester their customers, so for initial testings they keep the alerts to only two per shopping trip. This could really benefit customers who would be on their phones checking prices and looking for better deals. Target could implement a system where a user could price check an item against other stores and if they find a better deal, could get a price match for purchasing the item from the Target store
