Steel Cut Oats Recipe
Oats are a natural gluten free whole grain. Oats can help rejuvenate and calm the nervous system, regulate weight and lower the level of cholesterol in the body. Steel-cut oatmeal has become a favorite breakfast option for many people. Steel-cut oats or pinhead oats are essentially chopped up whole grain oat goats. Preparing this dish takes a little bit of effort compared to cooking rolled oats, however, it is much more chewy flavorful.
