The “Star Wars” franchise is familiar to most, and may be the easiest in which to discover the hero’s journey. Though Kenobi’s guidance and Luke own adventurous spirit, he finds himself pushed into an intergalactic quest to become a valiant Jedi in a galaxy controlled by the evil Empire.
As I previously mentioned, although the director’s cut and the original versions of a movie are generally the same, there are slight differences. Since a director’s cut excludes certain details from the original version, you may be missing out on some of what Hollywood loves to portray to their audiences. If you like to be challenged in your movie experience by having to think about what’s going on, or simply like seeing all the violence and gore of a viscous fight, piercing nail, or bloody eye-balls, you may want to take a second look at what version you are about to watch.

When we go see a movie we never really know every detail about it. Sometimes people don’t even know who directed the movie. As I researched the movie District 9 there were many things that I didn’t know about and I’m sure a few of us didn’t either. We never really know little details because that’s not we go to the movies for because we just want to see the big picture ,well that’s how I am I only see the movie on the screen and that’s all , I never really go into depth of what I am watching unless of course its base on true events . But as I watched district 9 I wondered how they got the aliens make us feel so bad for them to make us the viewers want to help these creatures. So as I researched I found a few things that were pretty amazing, things we didn’t know about. I will be focusing on the hidden thing in District 9 that wasn’t ever brought to our attention. Another thing I will talk about is this viewer Emily Perrin who tells other viewers what District 9 has taught us .

The difference between the fantasy and science fiction genres hasn’t always been an issue, however, there are a few key differences in the genres that can help us to separate one type of book from the other in the ‘science fiction vs fantasy’ debate. Both science fiction and fantasy require rules. Just because fantasy is not based on scientific facts or speculation doesn’t mean that anything can go in fantasy. Certain laws must govern a fantasy world as well; the difference is that in fantasy, the author makes up the rules. Science fiction deals with scenarios and technology that are possible or may be possibly be based on science. Some science fiction such as far-future space opera or time travel stories may seem implausible, but they are still not beyond the realm of scientific theory. On the other hand, fantasy general deals with supernatural and magical occurrences that have no basis in
Fantasy is often based off of folklore, myth, magic, or supernatural aspects. Any story with supernatural elements can be called fantasy, including a lot of the horror genres about vampires, werewolves, demons, and ghosts are all fantasy. SF is universally often based in the future on technological or scientific advances. SF deals with the struggle to create, meaning, a different way of thinking, and often questions peoples assumptions revealing taboos. The plots within both categories are often about a journey, human conflict, analyzing society aspects, or predictions about future civilizations.
