"Staff Experience" I know I'm definitely going to benefit the server with my know ledge of moderating a server & being adminstrator of a few servers. I know I can apply everything I've learned from those past servers to this server & make a lot of people happy by doing so. I know I can make the server grow a lot if I put my best effort into this & put all the information from the past servers I've been staff on to mineplex. I'll help all players to the best of my ability & I try to show everyone. With all my past staff experience I know what will work & what …show more content…
I'm always dedicated to helping, although I have not been staff on many servers I love helping players and seeing them satisfied with the server. Honesty I'm a very honest person, 100% of the time I tell the truth and if someone accuses me of lying I will have some form of back up proof. Proof I will try to get proof for every ban I get, rather it be the person hacking or insiding. Activity I'm very active within HCGames I come on everyday and answer people's question's if they're confused about something, my schedule is good in my eyes and this can change to be longer. This is a really important key factor to being staff. I would always be honest as most of the time being honest will handle the situation in the right way. If I did something wrong I would confess about it and not tell a lie. I will always stay true to my words. I love to read threads on the forums. I just haven’t had a reason to be active much on it since I love to play hcf, but that doesn’t stop me from loving to read and comment ;). But, I know if I became a staff member that would have to change. And quite frankly, I’d love to browse on the forums.
Our interest is helping make this community successful, and it’s been lots of fun. It really has.”
Over the years I have been very involved in my community and school. Being a part of something helps to define who you are as a person and the principles and values you hold as important. A personal experience that helps to show my talents and skills can be illustrated by my trip to Italy last April with the MHS Language Department.
I am always willing to help anyone. Learning from my mistakes, I have improved greatly.

We were told that we should be honest no matter what happens. However, today it seems lies are somewhat part of our lives. Sometimes dishonesty really does harm to others, but there are some situations when lying is acceptable and it's a better decision. I myself lie bad and good all the time. I think lying is okay in a certain situation.
They say lying is needed to help keep friends, not lose someone you love, and have better opportunities in your life. In the article “It’s the Truth: Americans Conflicted About Lying” a man named Cohen says, “Not only is lying justified, it is also a moral duty”. People who believe in those things and in other reasons that lying is justified are wrong. To keep friends and someone you love you need to tell the truth by being honest. You also need to be honest in life. Say you applied for a job interview and you lied but you got the job. You applied because its a good job and they pay well. But one day the lie will be discovered and you will end up getting fired. Then next time you apply for a job interview your application might say you’re a liar so you won’t get the job. So you should’ve just told the truth and who knows you might have gotten the job. Telling the truth has more advantages in life than lying. In life lying never gets you anywhere and it can take great opportunities from you. So if you are one of these types of people who lie you might want to think about it before
Previous Staff Experience?: My past staff experience is some what low i have been staff on server that were big at one moment but as they were dying down they accepted me. I was staff on a server call Plusepvp. I was staff when the server had around 150-50 people on it each day. But later found that the staff were no good and I no longer wanted to be a part of it. I was staff on that server for about 1 month. Other than this My staff Experience is low, but I'm hoping this will give me a better experience for the near future.
If someone was using a hacked client, I would ban them for 48 hours and then contact other staff so we could decide if they should be unbanned or banned
I am a person that always wants to help. I feel that I could help people and make contributions if I was
Liars have rumors spread around about how they lie all the time. Nobody wants to talk to them because they won't know if they are lying to them or not. They aren't trusted as much as people who don't lie. Liars never get very far in life and always have a reputation of lying. It's much better to tell the truth and have friends who trust them, rather than lying and having rumors spread around making no one like them.
Whether it was a nearly insignificant “half-truth” or a ploy to cover up a monumental mistake, chances are, you have lied. As humans, we have a strong desire to think of ourselves as good people, but our evolutionary instinct of personal gain and alpha-status is equally powerful. We lie knowing that we may be digging ourselves a deep, dark hole, however, we often choose to ignore the twisted feeling in our guts, pick up our shovels with hesitation, and carry on with our digging. What compels us to do this? Why do we intentionally put ourselves in vexatious, yet preventable, situations by choosing the path of dishonesty? Is there ever a time or place when it is acceptable to lie?
Principally, I am the Editor-in-Chief of the iPatriot Post, the online newspaper of my school which publishes original content alongside articles cut from the print paper. I am in charge of all the content and the website itself.
Benjamin Franklin once said, “Honesty is the best policy.” I disagree with him, because it is tolerable when used to prevent hurting someone's feelings. Although, lying all the time is unacceptable, a few little lies once in awhile is all right. Study shows that two out of three people lie in a ten minute conversation. That is about 60% of the people around the world! In spite of everything, if people never lie everyone's feelings would be hurt. For instance when we compliment someone, even if it is a lie it make them feel better about themselves. Never lying is not exceptional, although lying all the time is awful.
Not only will I work quick, I will also make sure I do it efficiently and accurately, this is to avoid doing jobs incorrectly and preventing mistakes upon the players. I do not think that because of the mistakes or wrong-doings of a staff member should have to put a player in jeopardy or risk. This leads me into my next point, maturity and professionalism. If accepted, I will take my job professionally and will try to reflect that through the work I do. I am very good at dealing with heavy situations and using my past experience, I will be prepared to take these on and I will be open to new information. It is quite evident already that not everyone is going to agree with my decisions. Whether it's due to a temper the player may have, or just a simple misunderstanding. I am not really going to let that get in the way of providing reasons and support that must be given. I feel I have a quick learning curve and am able to catch on to rules and new implemented policies very
I take my responsibility seriously. Sometimes too seriously. When I finish my shift I always want to make sure I handled all guest issues and concerns that came up but I need to remember that the next shift can and does handle customer issues as well.
