The patient is an 84-year-old gentleman who is transferred to the emergency room from the Ramapo Ridge Psychiatric facility because of hematuria. The patient is known to have Alzheimer's, hypertension, increased lipids and atrial fibrillation he was recently hospitalized at St. Joe's before his transferred at Ramapo. They claim that he had some hematuria that there and was was brought down. On presentation to St. Joe's there was small amount of blood in his urine. He was seen in urologic consult. Which felt he may have well been traumatized having a catheterization at Ramapo Ridge . There was no evidence of any gross hematuria. In August of 2001 Robert Ray Courtney was arrested in Kansas City, Missouri and charged with diluting drugs used to treat cancer patients. Courtney’s actions not only violated criminal and civil laws but they shattered the ethical code and the oath he took as a licensed pharmacist. His actions left many people wondering why anyone would commit such a horrible act, let alone a trusted pharmacist who was providing medication to patients whose very lives depended on him doing his job.

The judge declared Stone as a sexual psychopath and sentenced him to a state hospital. In 1941 the superintendent took him back the court because he claimed that he was not getting better. The judge resentenced him to a state hospital. This happened another time in 1945 and he was resentenced to a state hospital. Overall, Stone was let free after multiple years.
