Work field require training and experience, so social worker or the consultation have be responsible for setting clear spicily when serve client and should now about culturally sensitive boundaries . For example, when serve client from other culture, social worker should know who to commination with client and who should be setting , some client don’t like to shake hand , some they don’t like to face others . NASW have clear the rule and the responsible for social worker to be more professional and respectful when provide service to the client. I believe education important for who work in this felid, and that will not be enough to increases skills, but should go with long training it is necessary for social worker who function as educator.
