Researchers have been trying to make some pattern in a day-to-day organisation activity when they are making the case about the inequities problems. Sometimes it’s often presented either business case or social justices (Brewer, 2012). According to Tomlinson and Schwabenland (2010) for the not for profit organisation the tension between the social justice and business case is a crucial decision point to make about the diversity and equality. At the same time oppositional concern was that the “business of the organisation based on social justice” (Tomlinson & Schwabenland, 2010). The not for profit organisation’s main mission is to serve society. At the same time at NFP, there is an ambiguities and variation found in the foundation in terms
Diversity training program is a distinct set of training that aimed to facilitate a positive inter-group interaction, enhance skill and knowledge base to interact with other people (Alhejji, Garavan, Carbery, O 'Brien, & McGuire, 2015). Recent trends show current work environment being diverse. Therefore, they require workers and employers to possess the relevant skill, abilities and knowledge, in order to interact with colleagues, customer and clients in more effectively (Jones et al., 2013). Jaynes & Dipboye (2004) states that if an organisation have diversity within their team, they can facilitate success by fostering creativity and enable company to connect with their stakeholders (Jones et al., 2013). In order to commit social justice, the higher managements and boards in the Not for profit sector needs to reconcile their moral and business principles through utilitarian argument. At the same, it needs to re-establish accordingly (Tomlinson & Schwabenland, 2010). A case study example shows UK voluntary organisation had equality and diversity in their work environment, which helps them to be diverse

Another crisis happened to the health care system was “bullying, lateral violence, incivility, passive-aggressiveness, disengagement, and other forms of toxic emotional negativity (TEN)”(Woods, 2016). The reason behind for all these incidents would be poor leadership control in the organisation. The leadership team duty is to create healthy and safe workplace

Nowadays, to support social justice and foster progressive change is at the core of the mandates of many non-profit arts organizations. But what is social justice? The word “social” implies a group consciousness; “justice”, according to John Rawls, is “a fair and equitable distribution of resources with the imperative to address those who are least advantages.” In fact, arts non-profit can turn the social justice lens inward by increasing racial and ethnic diversity in the workforce composition. This means providing equal opportunity for everyone, especially in the less-favored minority groups, to pursue a career in the field.
Milton Friedman presents a compelling argument in “The Social Responsibility of Business is to Increase Profits” by arguing that businesses need to focus only on increasing their profits and integrating social responsibility will only hurt them as a company. Since “only people can have responsibilities” (Friedman 52), Friedman argues that businesses as a whole do not have any type of real responsibilities because there is not a singular person for these responsibilities to fall on. Corporate executives are people as well and may feel they have social responsibilities to society but these “are the social responsibilities of individuals, not of business” (51). In terms of corporations, the businessmen are the ones that hold the responsibility of the company. Friedman argues that the only responsibility these managers hold is to those who own the corporation, the shareholders. If the individuals themselves want to contribute to social responsibility they must do it with their own money in their personal lives, but they should not use social responsibility in
...promoting a just society by challenging injustice and valuing diversity. It exists when all people share a common humanity and therefore have a right to equitable treatment, support for their human rights, and a fair allocation of community resources. In conditions of social justice, people are not to be discriminated against, nor their welfare and well-being constrained or prejudiced on the basis of gender, sexuality, religion, political affiliations, age, race, belief, disability, location, social class, socioeconomic circumstances, or other characteristic of background or group membership. The problem that was investigated consisted of a question that Milton Friedman posed in one of his articles, which was featured in The New York Times Magazine in 1970. The question was, “What does it mean to say that “business” has responsibilities” (Friedman, 2007, p. 173)? Friedman (1970) elaborated on how businesses cannot have assigned responsibilities. Furthermore, he described how groups or individuals should be the only ones that can hold responsibilities, not businesses. He stated that associating responsibilities with the word business is too ambiguous. I will examine three discussion questions and three compare and contrast questions which Jennings (2009) posed in a case study that is related to Friedman’s (1970) article “The Social Responsibility of Business is to Increase its Profits”.

Yet many ethical dilemmas present themselves before the decision makers where right and wrong can not be clearly identified. Management is important in carrying out the daily activities of Justice Organizations. Managers should budget for the organizations in order to make sure there is no misappropriation of funds (Stojkovic, 2012). Hence a very good management of these organizations will ensure smooth and efficient operation, and as a result there will be justice in the whole world. The leaders of the organizations should motivate their workers to be more hardworking and also oversee the activities of the organization.
The Merriam-Webster Dictionary (n.d.) defines diversity as “the condition of having or being composed of differing elements; especially, the inclusion of different types of people (as people of different races or cultures) in a group or organization”. In general, diversity is often only related with differences in race and gender. In actuality, numerous elements can determine diversification in the workplace. Elements such as skills, abilities, experience, values, age, and education could be part of a diverse footprint in an organization. Other important attributes related to diversity include disabilities, religion, sexual orientation, and marital status (Guillame et al., 2013). The adoption of diversity in the workplace has the potential to increase organizational effectiveness in many ways. Organizations that practice diversity tend to increase their capacity to innovate and make better decisions.
Moreover, this equivalent opportunity concept in workplace diversity is aimed for guaranteeing that business organizations make the most out of the difference from workforce varieties rather than to losing ability which may help the businesses to be more proficient and effective. Workplace diversity carries with the heterogeneity that should be sustained, developed and acknowledged as method for enriching organizational effectiveness in this modern society (Henry & Evans, 2007). In order to make sure organizations achieve the diversity goals, businesses should take the appropriate actions to boost culturally diverse employees. Thus, businesses need to gain progress toward multiculturalism, which should incorporates to avoid employees ' impression of the degree of separation and bias, the equal rewards and punishment, the openness of critical information, and the chances for employees to stepping up for their career goals in future (Brown, 2008). Truly, develop and implement multiculturalism in the workplace is not an easy thing to do for businesses. It needs a certain numbers of policy and regulations to follow and adjust before businesses or organizations are actually considering diversity. Also, work diverse group come from people that has different ages, ethnicity, and sexual orientation working together to form a multicultural workplace. There are some
