Figure I
Figure I represent the sample data provided by MVD, NM. If we look at the representation from various educational backgrounds, it shows that the data is pretty diverse. The range of education of interviews customers is represented via various color patter to give visual information to the readers. The educational categories that are represented here are Some high school, High School (HS), Some college/associates, degree/vocational degree, college graduate, graduate work or degree, and won’t say.
The main hypothesis of the research was that the “People with higher education are more likely to go to the private MVD location.” We used chi-square test to find the significance of the claim. To our surprise, the null hypothesis came false (P-value is 0.003), thus the result does not support the claim. Hence we conclude that there is no correlation between education level and the types of MVD office use among the general population.
Figure II
Figure II represents the findings of the research. If we look at the chart, we can clearly see that the number of people using private office is not much relevant to their education level. There could be various reasons behind that.
One of the reasons could be the emergence of technology in our day to day life. AS, we know that more and more organization are encouraging its customers to use “online” services and minimize use of paper as much as possible. Since our hypothesis was not supported by the test, we can assume that people with higher education might want to use “online” services than to use any of the offices. For example, when looked at the various ways to renew the driver license, we found out that there are 4 different methods one can renew the license. Method 1 and 2 ...

...s well. Especially when the times are tough, educated people who know what is happening in the market are thinking before spending. MVD needs to understand not just need and demand of the people, but also their ability to pay the fee. If the wait time and the level of service is not significantly better, I would rather find time to spend at public MVD, rather than the time and money while visiting private MVD.

Blues for an Alabama Sky was written by Pearl Cleage in 1995. Cleage was interested in portraying the lives of African American musicians, artists, and social activists in Harlem during the era of the Harlem Renaissance and the Great Depression. The Harlem Renaissance is an important part of the history during the play. The Harlem Renaissance was a period that began in the 1920’s which lead into the 1930’s. The southern African American s were moving towards the north in the United States in order to escape form the segregated south in order to find better opportunities and a found identity for the African American culture.
With more education a person is more likely to find a career instead of just a job to get by, and work as a full-time employee instead of a part-time (Baum). Students with only a high school diploma often times dislike their job, simply because it is a low class job with no incentives; students with a college degree are happier with their job because it is considered a career. People with only a high school degree have changes in health, criminal activity, well- being, and welfare reliance (Belfield). College graduates have a lower crime rate, which is one thing companies look at when reviewing applications. Also, college graduates have a higher well-being, which includes good health, a company will not hire someone who will miss work abundantly due to sickness. College degree level jobs are increasing each day. In 2010, jobs requiring a college degree grew by 187,000 (College Education). An estimated 63 percent of jobs require some type of college courses or degree (College Education). To help ensure job security among college graduates, the incentives and job opportunities are increasing each

Carnevale, (2010), stated that “at least sixty three percent of Americans more than forty six jobs will required some college education.” This analysis stated that if the current education to employment system remains unchanged by 2018 the United States will fall short by three million post-secondary degree. Of the twenty two million college degree in the workforce. In addition American workforce will need 4.7 million new postsecondary career certificates. The diversity issues can include the gender, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity, lack of skills, lack of proper education, and disability. Understanding that the more adult the person is, the harder will be to find a job position that could match their experience or education level if they had one. Astronomy teaches patience and humility and although I had the latter to some degree, this five week project helped me to develop the former. Not everything worked on the first attempt to find planets, stars, constellations, and other celestial objects. I started this project sometime in September actually, but was so discouraged by not seeing anything in the night sky due to visibility obstructions that I postponed it for another three weeks. When panic over deadlines got the best of me I finally forced myself to go outside to look up at the night sky and ask myself the age old question…”Is that a star or a plane.”
Most people can find a job in their field, but the amount of people who can not find a job in their field is increasing. “Unequal outcomes from college have always been a fact of life, but there is evidence that the dispersion of outcomes has increased” (Haltom). If a person ha a lower income job, it is not always because they did not have a college education. “1 percent of taxi drivers and roughly 3 percent of bank tellers had a college degree” (Haltom). This shows that even though some people have a college education, they could not find jobs in their field and had to take jobs that they less likely wanted. Haltom also says, “as many as 120,000 of the nations 1.7 million 2012 graduates who wanted to work elsewhere took jobs as waiters, salespeople, cashiers, and the like” (Haltom). More and more people with a college education can not find jobs in their field.
“About 48 percent of employed U.S. College graduates are in jobs that the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) suggests requires less than a four-year college education. Eleven percent of employed college graduates are in occupations requiring more than a high-school diploma but less than a bachelor’s, and 37 percent are in occupations requ...
The survey shows that those customers who had been given the opportunity to customize a product online engaged more actively with the company. They visited the company’s website more often, stayed longer on the page and exhibited more loyalty to the brand (see Figure 1). In footwear, the research indicates that customers who designed their own shoes gave companies a 50% higher Net Promoter Score, which is a standard way of measuring customer loyalty, than customers who purchased regular products. Higher NPS refers to higher sales, referrals and lifetime customer

According to NCES8, more than 41% of adults are involved in adult education activities. With good cause – there apparently is an education gap.4 This gap is the difference between the number of jobs requiring higher levels of education, and the number of people in the workforce available to meet that requirement.15 Colleges and universities are scrambling to close the gap but there exist a few hurdles. One obvious need in an age of managing data, there will be new jobs as well as replacement jobs that will need to be filled by those educated and trained for the work.12 One study indicates the United States could be short more than 190,000 workers with “deep analytical skills” by the year 2018.16 Consequently, continuing education and post-secondary education must rise to meet this need.

The rapid development of information systems and technology brings some positive effects to individuals. In order to use information systems effectively, individuals need to acquire skills and knowledge on using different computer technology. Take an example of an individual working in a project on market research, he needs to learn the way to use spreadsheets for analysing the data. The new knowledge acquired by the individuals will lead to upskilling effect. The innovation of technology brings a lot more new channels of communication, such as e-mail and instant messaging applications, it increases interaction between individuals. The barriers of location is eliminated by technology, people can communicate with one another in anywhere around the world through Internet.
