Many students often feel bad about begging their parents for money. Guilt is an emotion that is difficult to overcome. Middle school students should have an allowance because they can buy their own things, parents won’t be as stressed, and students learn stuff from it on the way. Students should have an allowance so they can buy their own stuff. If parents give allowances, students can buy their own stuff and spend it on what they want when they choose. It also might help the parents feel like the students deserved what they get because they worked to earn the money to buy their own things. It will also help students learn a lesson that you don’t always get everything you want when you want. Having an allowance to purchase things is beneficial
