Half of my excursion will end here with my third day. With another new day I will go to Shedd Aquarium which is an indoor open aquarium in Chicago. Aggregate number of creatures in aquarium are 32000 and I am exceptionally inquisitive to see them. It was the first aquarium with a perpetual saltwater fish gathering. Yearly guests in the aquarium were around 2 million and was the most seen aquarium in the US in 2005 and 2007. The best thing about this is it contains 1500 species including fish, marine creatures, birds, snakes, creatures of land and water and insects.it has likewise been awarded the best show from the affiliation zoos and aquarium in 1999 and wild reef in 2004.
Within the assumptions of the structural frame we will use it The first and most notable structural management issue is the goals that were setup by the aquarium. The original goal of the aquarium, as stated in the first mission statement, was, “make known the world of water through education, research, and exhibition.” Since the aquarium wanted to attract a diverse population into the aquarium the mission statement was amended to say a “responsive community resource to attract the broadest possible audience”, and a “culturally diverse staff.” There were many different types of programs to reach the goals of the aquarium, but they...
Perhaps the most visible and obvious structural issue revolves around the aquarium's mission statement and goals. As noted in the case study, the original mission statement "make known the world of water through education, research, and exhibition" concentrates on its goal to bring sea life to the community. The new mission statement saw the aquarium as a "responsive community resource that attracts the broadest possible audience delivering highest quality experience" and as "a culturally diverse staff."
The Sea Shepherds are group of volunteers who try to protect the sea animals, and capture criminals who kill the animals without permits. Their website has many purposes, one dedicate to collect donations from the reader. Furthermore, they want to protect the ocean wildlife. The website audience includes people who want to protect the ocean, and they want to save the sea animals which will likely be extinct. They offer the audience a chance to donate, volunteer, and stay up to date with ongoing issues involving marine life. This website is outstanding because the sea shepherds host a successful website that effectively reaches out to the audience through appealing to the reader's emotions, logic, and credibility.
Mile, this summer Chicago was embellished by a new landmark, or landmarks to be more exact. Nearly 300 cows have found a temporary home in the streets of downtown and its buildings. This extensive public art project, organized by the Chicago Public Art Program , commemorates the city’s industrial history, while bringing a sense of community and beauty to Chicago’s citizens and tourists. In this “parade”, every cow is full of meaning as well as artistic value. Although many might argue, I, to the contrary, would like to applaud the City of Chicago for the implementation of this great project.
When I was six years old, my parents took me to SeaWorld for the first time. I remember clearly watching the Shamu show and sitting in the splash zone ending up soaked in water by the end. But I also distinctly remember wondering how an animal so big and beautiful could ever be happy in such a small tank, so far away from home. The animals could never possibly experience the joy they would out in the wild where they belonged. And even a six year old wasn’t blind to that fact.

Throughout every human’s life in the United States, there will portably come a time when they take a trip to an aquarium or zoo. Do not get me wrong; it is incredible to see all those beautiful creatures up close and personal, but most people do not realize what actually is going on. Typically, when the day is spent at the zoo or aquarium, the day usually follows a schedule like this: You spend the day roaming the grounds, moving from habitat to habitat, break for lunch, and then once you’ve seen everything you want to see you return home and are free to do whatever you want to do. The harsh reality of these places is that while it is cool to spend the day there, you would never want to spend your entire life there. The animals are taken from
Another exciting activity is the squid dissection. This activity is undergone outside next the pier. First you learn about the different parts of the squid. This includes internal and external features. After that you are given a dead squid and the tools necessary to dissect it. After the dissection you get you get to write on yourself with squid ink. To conclude this activity you get to walk down the pier and feed the birds and fish the leftover pieces of the squid.
Today thanks to many people who stood up Ocra capacity is being questioned and hopefully stop once and for all.Now I know many things I didn't know before about how to lend a helping hand.I started encouraging friend and family not to visit any SeaWorld park. Also, I am currently working on a letter directed to the owner of SeaWorld where I'm going to be expressing my feeling toward the park keep such breathtaking creatures in captivity and the terrible impact it has in society.I asked myself, many times how far are you will to go in order to see these majestic creatures free and in the wild. Therefore I asked myself many time and came to the conclusion that I will go as far as I need to go to aid them.

Today Iwill be talking about the sea goblin shark and the Angelfish. I will be explaining and identifing the sea goblin and angelfish, why i think the sea goblin shark might be weird to some people and why the angelfish is a very beautiful fish. Do you know how the angelfish became so popular in the ocean or how sea goblins fight their predators?
“Kyle, I have a surprise for you at home! It’s your very early birthday present.” She sure did excite me because I ran home, and there it was on a table in my room - A fishtank! It was a pretty large tank, about 2 ½ feet wide, but it was empty. “Let’s go to the pet store to pick out some fish, Kyle” My mom sure did make that day great. The pet store was called ‘Critters’, in Rio Rancho, and it was one of my favorite places to go and just look at the different animals they had from time to time. This time, however, I was actually able to buy some! This was my first pet, so you can probably imagine my excitement. We decided to get some tropical fish that could survive in salt water, because I thought they looked “cooler and more exotic!”. Looking back, I didn’t realize how difficult it was to keep saltwater fish alive and healthy for a long time, but I still enjoyed the year that I did have them, my first
I understand that eighty years ago, kids were shorter. It makes perfect sense, less food, and not too many bovine growth hormones. In fact, it was probably considered sensible to build shorter water fountains. But why would you not feel the need to replace those water fountains years later when they only come up to kid’s knees? Hydration is a fundamental part of life. I suggest three ways to improve the drinking conditions of all students at Worland High school. To build new water fountains Worland students need to do three things, raise water awareness, earn money for new water fountains, and convince teachers to support the cause.
Aquaculture Aquaculture is a form of agriculture that involves the propagation, cultivation and marketing of aquatic organisms in an controlled environment. The history of aquaculture first begun in ancient China some 4000 years ago with ornamental carp ponds to today's $264 million commercial production of catfish in the southern states of America. 1 The following essay will be a broad examination of the conditions and requirements of aquaculture and a closer study of the industry in Western Australia. It should be noted that the industry is only at a fledgling stage with a handful of organisms in commercial production.
I actually know very little on the topic of aquaculture. The term did not strike my vocabulary until the age of 9 while watching a documentary. After this documentary, I lost interest and the term did not again strike my vocabulary until the age of 11. While visiting Disney World, particularly Epcot, I learned most of what I know of this topic. There was a gentle boat ride which showed visuals of farming around the world. The process of aquaculture intrigued me.
