TITLE: The New Ways to develop services and goods of Second-Hand Shops
BACKGROUND
Second-hand is, now, becoming the most popular phrase to represent for the used goods, which means the goods that have already been owned by someone and then bought back by another person in the purpose of used. Second-hand goods may be transferred informally between friends and family for free as hand-me-downs, or they may be sold at garage sales with a lower price compare with the original price. The second-hand clothing trade started during the 1300s in several European cities, when newly finished garments were so expensive that the general population could not afford to buy them (Frick, 2005). When the vintage fashion trend started to raises recently, more and more people wanted to hunt for the cloths and accessories that they used to wear in the old days. Taking the advantage of the situation, more and more Second-hand Shop grows rapidly buying and using old clothes is also a trend that many young people use especially students. It meets the needs and cost. However, because of the thought that “High price came with high quality”, many students have doubted about the quality of the goods and sometimes the services of Second-hand Shops also disappointed them. Therefore, we decide to conduct this research about: “The Ways to develop services and goods of Second-Hand Shops” to help improving second-hand shops’ services and goods.

RATIONAL AND PURPOSES The purposes of this study is to find out the way to develop the goods and services in order to attract more and more customers to the Second-hand Shop by collecting information about the needs and the comprehensive evaluation of students.
